I am a hot fan... it may be a little spicy for some. This place has been here for 43 years. Well they are in a new building. They were a few over, but there was a fire and now in a new building. What drew me in was the pictures on how they hook up the tostadas. To my surprise they actually have the goooddd tacos. MmmmmGo bless/support your local, small places. “I had 5 broken teeth and 2 large abscesses and couldn't eat much of anything but was starving. I was looking for something soft to gum. Thinking tamales or beans and cheese. Of the options the flour tortilla beef birria seemed to be the best fit. I ordered those, a side of beans and, a side of consomme. Was amazing. Just on the edge of what I can tolerate heat wise (I am a wimp). Great taste. I used the consomme to make birria ramen for a later meal. (Just beef ramen, 2 sticks string cheese, and the consomme). It was also great, very satisfying.“
