“Chinatown really exceeded my expectations.

My wife grew up in this town and always went to Mui's for Chinese food. Mui's is great, but one day they were closed and I decided to try Chinatown. I had a craving for a chewy noodle dish and chose the Beef Lo Mein.

The noodles were EXACTLY what I wanted and were cooked perfectly. Nicely sauced, but not drowned in something overpowering like other restaurants sometimes do.

What might have impressed me even more than the wonderful noodles was the brown fried rice that came with the dinner portion. You know how there's usually some tiny pieces of chicken in the rice? Often times they end up dry and hard. But not at Chinatown! They were soft, moist and super flavorful.

The beef in my noodles was the same way. I didn't find a single piece that was overcooked. All of them were velvety soft and juicy. That's not always easy to accomplish when stirfrying small pieces of meat that will naturally cook very quickly.

Needless to say, I'll certainly be back again for the same dish!

“We had an amazing meal, drinks and experience at Zao Jun. We were planning on heading through the area and checked out their menu online and it looked amazing. Our server was actually the bartender Jeff who was pulling double duty and did it flawlessly and with laughter. We had amazing drinks....the crab rangoons and sauce were the best we ever tasted and so was the miso soup (got more to take home). And the veggie lo mein and short ribs bao buns were outstanding and perfectly portioned for my daughter and I to try (and still have lo mein to take home). Her and I already plan to go back and sit at the bar next time because Jeff seriously won us over with his personality as well as the food and atmosphere!!“

Dinner salads were even yummy, crisp, fresh vegetables and the dressing was so good! We all enjoyed different meals, eggplant parm, lemon dill salmon, chicken parm, and pasta pesto. “This is my favorite Thai place ever! I've tried others that are closer to my house but they just can't compare so I keep coming back. My wife and I love the Vegetable curry which they can make vegan. You can easily share a dinner portion which we really appreciate and makes it affordable.
