“This has been my favorite Thai restaurant for a while now. When they know you by name when you make a phone-in order, it just feels right. I love their hot&sour soup, and the Prik Khing is my go to for just adding some joy to my life.“

“Came here for sushi and it definitely did not disappoint. I ordered the GM Roll and the New Salmon Roll, and both were really tasty. You can tell the ingredients were fresh, especially with the salmon. The GM Roll had a nice crispy texture with a sauce that brought everything together really well. I also appreciated how nicely everything was plated — it felt upscale but still comfortable and relaxed. Service was quick, there was no wait, and parking was easy too. I’d absolutely stop by again.“

“Nicole was our server, very attentive and fantastic providing recommendations on favored menu options. Shrimp scampi and filet bites for appetizers - Delicious! Dinner salads were even yummy, crisp, fresh vegetables and the dressing was so good! We all enjoyed different meals, eggplant parm, lemon dill salmon, chicken parm, and pasta pesto. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinners, ate too much, and recommend this restaurant AND server to anyone looking for a great place!“

“I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Their crab rangoons are made with REAL crab meat and are out of this world. Their pad thai is by far the best in the metro detroit area. I’ve also tried and loved their Noodle Curry and Pad Ped, both delicious. Highly recommend!!“

“Tasty food and very fair prices. My family's go-to dishes are General Tso's chicken, General Tso's tofu, steamed pork dumplings, chicken lo mein, and Mongolian beef. It's been consistently fresh and delicious every time we've ordered for take-out.
It's always ready when we arrive and service is fast and friendly.
Furthermore, it's extremely affordable (with plentiful portions) in a time when it seems like prices everywhere are making you cringe a bit.“

“I lived close to the Thai Inn for many years and ordered carry out all the time. Now whenever I am in the area during lunch time, I will stop by and have lunch there. We also order carry out there even so we live about 20 min away.
The food is fantastic. Best Thai food in the Metro Detroit area.“

“First time there today. Ordered a carry out- fast and efficient. Special today buy one get one free Yum Yum rolls. Delicious!! Miso soup also very good. Will definitely be back.“

“First time here, best sushi I've had in awhile. The salmon and tuna melted in your mouth. They have kabayaki but, not traditional. The octopus salad was nice, needed a bit more octopus for the price.
That being said will definitely be back.“

“The food was fantastic - sesame chicken, veg lo mein, and veg fried rice. It was so great that they were open on Christmas Day. The wait was longer than any other day since they were the only place open in town (so take that into consideration when ordering on Christmas Day), but well worth the wait! Will go again and again!“

“Drunken Noodles was too salty for my taste but otherwise fresh and flavorful. Very friendly staff--smiles included! There were tables and chairs but it may as well have been a small 50 yr old carport or shed. I appreciate an establishment that aesthetically invites you sit and stay a while; this place is not that.“

“I’ve been coming here with my best friends for 18 years, and we always return due to the incredible taste of the food, in particular the Sesame Tofu. Everyone we’ve convinced to order it has said that it’s the best tofu they’ve ever had, and many of those who eat meat also end up ordering it also because of how delicious it is after they try it. I crave it all of the time! The owner Vicky is incredibly kind and service is wonderful. We will continue to visit forever!“

“Why are people so hard on Bangkok Express? As someone that grew up going to one, this one did a great job. This is an $11 lunch. Quick, friendly and thorough service, delicious. I bought the founder Somnuk Apichinda's cook book about a decade ago. This recipe was spot on 👌“
