Starbucks in Rochester Hills

“Busy as always at the village Starbucks. They didn't have much inventory but Starbucks is Starbucks it's dark coffee shop with consistency. Who doesn't love it and it's great coffee. Can't be too picky. They perfected coffee.“

“I figure I come here so dang often, I might as well leave a review!

The staff at this location are so incredibly nice. Like seriously everyone has been truly awesome, I’m often nervous going into public places and they’ve been nothing but sweet and patient when I take a while to order sometimes 🤣. I only ever come to this specific Starbucks because I’m a regular and I love getting to see all the people I usually see :) they’re all so nice!

And I always enjoy my lil treats. I don’t drink coffee, so I usually alternate between hot chocolate and iced chai lattes, but I also like their tea lemonade drinks. Sandwiches and pastries are yummy, you know how starbucks is. I like the bacon gouda sandwich, the double smoked, the tomato and mozzarella panini… and my favorite desserts are probably the iced lemon loaf and the blueberry muffin. Most evenings I just order a drink but if I’m low on calories I like extra nourishment. Depends on what you’re in the mood for but you can’t really go wrong. I’ve tried almost everything on their food menu and I think the only item I ordered that I didn’t like was the breakfast burrito, but that’s just personal preference. (although I ate it anyway because I had eaten almost nothing at that point in the day 🤣)

Maybe it’s because I’ve come here so many times already, but it feels nice in there atmosphere wise! The seating is nice and it feels safe in there. I’ve never been through the drive thru because I don’t drive, but I can always see them working really hard behind the counter and a lot of cars coming in and out so I assume it’s as efficient as it can be haha. I usually get my order really fast, like within a few minutes. If they’re super busy, MAYBE 15 minutes, and that’s overestimating.

“I go to this Starbucks 3x a week, during the morning rush. The employees are always amazing. The line is always super long and they fly through it with no problem. I am literally only in the drive thru line for about 5 minutes. They are so efficient, it’s crazy. There is another Starbucks a couple miles down Rochester rd, that is actually closer to my work, but I go to this one because it is SO MUCH better. My drink is always perfect and every employee is super nice. Definitely had to review especially after this morning!“

“I was on Dad Duty with my 10 month old daughter, and stopped grocery shopping to feed her a bottle at the Starbucks. Sadly her bottle of milk had gone cold. Ashley went above and beyond to help out. She provided a hot cup of water so that I could warm up the milk. My daughter was very happy! Thank you Ashley!!“
