“How anyone could rate this place less than 5 stars bewilders me. I drive from Sterling Heights to Rochester, passing dozens of donut shops along the way just to eat these masterpieces.“

“We love this place for a quick coffee and ice cream date, however, not a fan of the 7 AM text messages so I had to unsubscribe. It might be a good idea to align your texting practices with TCPA regulations which generally restrict messages to after 8 a.m and before 9pm. I can’t be the only one that doesn’t prefer a 7:40 AM text on a Saturday morning about cupcakes 😀“

“I would like to thank Daily Dozen at the 15 Mile store and Noelle who SAVED my daughter’s grad party yesterday! I ordered 8 dozen another shop closer to me who “forgot” about my order when I went to pick it up after confirming twice. The customer service was awful and I left in tears. I remembered a coworker of mine who is a loyal customer to the Daily Dozen and remembered how good the donuts were. I pulled it up online to see where the closest location was. About 30 mins from my home, but so worth it! My sister-in-law and I walked in the store and I was still choked up and had tears in my eyes in a panic. Noelle to the rescue! I told her I needed to create a donut wall and she helped me pick out six dozen of the cutest donuts and everything that would hang well. It looked absolutely perfect, all the guests commented on how amazing they were, and all 6 dozen were gone by the end of the night! So, THANK YOU!“

“We were treated so nicely by the owner! She brought our flight my husband I and shared right over to us when it was ready. She even brought us some ice water a few minutes later without us even asking. Little did she know my father had just passed a few days prior and my husband and I needed a little break from the kids and every day life to just sit and be together. Her service was amazing and the way we were treated that day - she has customers for life. Thank you! Coffee is amazing! 10/10 but you guys already know that“

“I got a drink (green tea with strawberry pulp and cheese foam) and a box of donuts (my favorite flavor was the taro, and my parents' was the black sesame). Everything was delicious, especially my drink. They don't have the long laundry list of tea flavors like at places that have boba as their main attraction, but the options here were thoughtful and unique, so I feel like you can't really go wrong.

“absolute sweetie pies. had an issue with my dunkin order from the ugly dunkin by the gas station up the road (beefing with them, for real.) and this dunkin was able to remedy my issue. thank u dunkin men! ? america runs on u sweetie pies!“

“I stopped in here for a meeting with college friend. I had an iced caramel latte. It was delicious. After my meeting I left not realizing I had left my backpack in the restaurant. Everything of importance to me was in the backpack; computer, external hard drive, planner, lesson plan book, and check books. I did not realize I had left it until the next morning. As soon as I realized I did not have it I called. The staff from the previous evening had discovered it and put it in back. When I retrieved it, everything was in it. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff. For saving my backpack.“

“I come here every now and then when I am headed to the airport or down M53. Always fast service and friendly. I normally only come during holiday's for the limited edition coffees but have started coming regularly and will continue to do so!“
