Charles has exceptional customer service. It was my sister and I's first time coming into the shop and we were immediately greeted warmly, like family coming for a visit. We haven't tried the food yet, but the chocolate- AMAZING! A MUST TRY!!
My husband and I where driving around town looking for some place for lunch. I remember seen this deli sign leaving the post office. So we drove there to check it out and we where very pleased we did. The sandwiches we had where so amazing and fresh. We loved it all just what we where looking for. We will be back and we hope they are there to stay and not change the way of things. We love it all from the atmosphere to seating to service and food. We will be back...
Great little secret in downtown Rochester. The service was attentive and really nice. The menu had some great selections. The American Charm and a cookie we my choice and did not disappoint.
