“It's finally time for me to share my exceptional experiences with this location. I typically visit Texas Roadhouse Roseville once every 2-3 weeks, and I exclusively sit at the bar, whether I'm by myself, with my wife, or with friends. The reason is simple: the bar service is outstanding, and their hospitality is simply unmatched. I'd particularly like to recognize two amazing bartenders, Jackie and Nellie. While all the bar staff I've encountered have been excellent, these two are incredible to watch together. Their teamwork and connection while managing both a packed bar and an intense service station is remarkable. They handle everything while maintaining genuine smiles, offering warm greetings, and delivering fantastic service. The bar atmosphere feels just like your favorite local watering hole, where they don't just remember your name, but know exactly what you like to drink. Often, my favorite cocktail is being prepared before I've even taken my seat - that's what I call exceptional service! I witness this same attention to detail with other customers too, as they too are greeted by name. Considering I'm only there every 2-3 weeks, their ability to remember customers' names and drinks sets this restaurant well above any other chain I've visited. This personal touch is typically only found in beloved neighborhood bars. In the 10 months I've been coming here, I've never had a disappointing meal. I've explored various menu options beyond their excellent steaks, and everything arrives with perfect timing, allowing enough time to enjoy appetizers or salad/chili before the main course. If you need anything extra (condiments, cheese, etc.), the attentive bartending staff responds quickly, even heading to the kitchen themselves if necessary. This recognition of the outstanding bar staff is long overdue. After experiencing their wonderful service again this past weekend, I felt compelled to take some time to write. Thank you for consistently providing a dining experience that keeps me coming back!”

If you discontinue an item, I can't imagine it's too difficult to take the huge promotional pictures off the digital sign.. I can't speak for everyone really, but I'd rather wait an extra minute than to get not cooked completely, soggy food.. This location really sucks!!”

“Try the Vegan gluten free pumpkin cake with vegan buttercream! So happy with how moist and delicious this cake was and that it was in my dietary guidelines which is incredibly rare! There is love baked into these desserts! Truly made my day!”

I was expecting to grab a decent sandwich but the food was great and the service was even better. The place has a nice little nostalgic ambiance, we got our food pretty fast, and Barb was so sweet. I didnt get the chefs name, but not only did he bring out a side of corned beef for my friend to try, he saw me airing up my tires and came outside to make sure everything was ok. If you are in the area, I would definitely recommend stopping by!”

“I rolled in to Dearborn Sausage Saturday 11/09/24 in the early afternoon to grab two subs and some bacon to take home. I need to brag about the great service I got. The minute I walked in the door, a friendly employee saw there were no handbaskets and ran to get me one without me asking him. I walked over to the sub station to order, and the young lady who made my order was friendly, quick, and man, did she ever make me a killer BLT sub! Best one I have had! And my dressings were on the side as requested. I then moved over to the meat counter to pick up some ham slices and ham shanks for soup. Whoever the young man was assisting me - pay him whatever you need to to keep him! I was eyeing the shanks that wouldn't be as good for soup as some other others; he pointed this out to me and explained why. Then he went on to choose 3 meaty, super nice shanks for my soup, along with the some slices I needed for another recipe. Friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, just a stellar employee. Even when I went to pay, the cashier was friendly and chatty. I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had at Dearborn Sausage. I didn't catch any of these four employee's names, but I was in there around 2pm if that helps. In these times when nobody seems to want to work, these four were absolutely outstanding. Bravo!”

She served me another one and put the broken glass beer bottle on the counter instead of dumping it. A blonde dreadhead served me the same warm broken bottle later on when I didn't even ask for another beer. I took a sip of it without noticing it was the same bottle from earlier and it cut my lip. When I brought this up to the redhead , she started yelling at me and telling me to not talk to her sideways. She then charged at me to attack me. Multiple patrons had to hold her back multiple times. I am owed an apology and the owner should find better help on Sundays.”

“The food is super over priced. The only item we purchase is ice cream. However, I did purchase a membership so we visited this location once or twice a week. My child loved it. It's clean, the teenage staff is usually professional, most of the machines work. And there is a Burlington Coat factory a few doors down, which I love.”

I wish I knew the name of the African American gentleman that greeted me and I think was in charge. I witnessed his door greetings to other customers and he really has that "personal touch" with people. I think I need to eat here at least 1-2 times a week for now on. My wife already told me we need to focus on them vrs the other alternative sub restaurants. I think she is right!”

Coming in to eat, especially to enjoy the warming bottomless soup varieties on a could day, it's easy to forget they have some marvelous desserts and beads to take home for later.

The food is still pleasant, but it's always a hot spot, so it may take a little time to get your order. They rarely disappoint, though. The specials are often a worthwhile seasonal choice.”

Plus, i have a special needs child, and 1 of the girls gave him a lollipop cake bite! I mean come on how above & beyond service is that!? This is THE best starbucks hands down! Highly recommend them. And you should try the venti Iced cherry chai w/ extra cherry foam, extra cherry cruch topping & 1 scoop of the sweet cherry powder in with the tea! Omg if you love cherry, trust me, you'll become obsessed just like me😂. I also get the iced lavender chai w/ extra lavender foam & 1 scoop of lavender powder in the tea! “Karie was great roseville mi location . Excellent customer service skills . The rolls and salad was very good .Made me and my husband feel good. It was a pleasure having her as our waitress. Knew everything on the menu which is a plus . Recommended the bbq fried ribs and they were finger licking good fall off the bone a must try and will be back.She Was able to answer all my questions. She need to be a manager . Everything was above our expectations. Will be telling all my family and friends to visit. Drinks are good .”

I called spoke to the manager Dave when I tell you he was the EPITOME of Professional , Kind, Caring & Considerate... Now that's excellent customer service, and the food was delicious.”
