“My parents have said for some time that this pizza was the best in the area, and I finally got to try it today. They were right! We had their round supreme and square Hawaiian with a side or marinara and ranch. The sauce on this is pizza is perfect - very fresh flavor but not too acidic. Generous on the toppings, quality mozzarella, and the bread is some of the best I’ve had. Do yourself a favor and stop by Little Italy!“

“We had another ice cream truck company cancel on our band camp this past Friday at the last minute. I called Captain Kool and within 5 minutes they were at our school. They saved the day!!! Drew (The Driver) was so kind & accommodating!!! We will be booking them for our camp from now on!!!“

“I tried the butter chicken loaded fries. The portion was huge for the price and I got chicken in every single bite. The butter chicken seasoning was nicely balanced not too spicy or bland. I would give the quantity 9 out of 10 and the taste 8.5 out of 10 and on top of that, the owner is very chill and welcoming, I would recommend trying it if you want something different and worth your money.“

“I saw this place on Instagram. I thought it was a gimmick seing how much meat they pile on these sandwiches. I landed in detroit, got the rental car and went straight to this place to get a pastrami sandwich. It looked exactly as advertised. That sandwich was the best pastrami I've ever had. This was better than Katsz in new York. That sandwich melted in my mouth. I got the large pastrami on white with mustard and Swiss, and a side of Russian dressing. They have a lot of desserts and sides to choose from. I saw someone ordered an egg roll with meat stuffed inside. That same sandwich would've been been $30+ anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend. -Oakland, California“

“Had lunch her for the first time today. We got the pulled pork, brisket and fries. Fries were crisp and seasoned to perfection. Pulled pork was tender — and there wasn’t a bit of fat to be seen. The brisket hands down was the star though. The most tender and juicy I have ever had. We lived in the south for years and this is by far and away the best bbq we’ve had. Their barbecue sauce is equally as delicious, I wish I’d ordered an extra! We will be back soon.“

“We used Papelon’s Food Truck for our Quinceanera Event with 70-80 guests. We avoided having to setup food in the venue. Even with so many hungry guest the food was made to order (Arepas, Cachapas and Tequenios) without a long wait. We had all the option of fillings on the menu!!! During peak the pagers were helpful so the guest could enjoy the party inside until the order was ready. It’s a plus if it gets a little chilly outside. At the end there was no leftover since our guest (mostly teenagers) could not stop eating. Non of the food went to waste which is amazing and showed everyone just loved the food! Service was impeccable by the friendly staff who stayed until no-one was hungry! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! P.s. Always good to try the food when popping up at the breweries in the area or at their food market in St Clair Shores!!! My personal favorites are Arepa Papelon e Arepa Reina Pepiada!“

The smash burger sub (it reminds me of a chopped cheese) is amazing, and the chicken tenders and fries are hands down some of the best around. This is my second time here, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

“While I love the flavor of their food, the only time we've had an order 100% correct was the first time we ordered. Every time we order since then there's something missing, fries overcooked and hard, messed up items, and things added to what we've ordered when we've requested it to be removed. Thankfully I simply don't like tomatoes and onions and am not allergic to them, cuz they ALWAYS forget to remove the pico when my receipt even says "no pico de gallo". Their queso blanco and their Sabor sauce are probably the two best things about them, at least when they remember to include it even if you pay for extra. For how pricey they are I would expect to have my order correct all the time. I'll be going down to the taco trucks in Southwest Detroit from now on cuz they always get the order right, they're delicious, AND they're inexpensive.“
