“We have to go to the Brown Bear every time we go to Michigan. The one in Shelby is a little more authentic feeling than the one in Pentwater, but both are a delight. The crab bisque is surprisingly amazing. Burgers are out of this world and the apps are all fantastic. Great prices. Service is sometimes iffy, but it’s basically a bar so what can you expect. Love it!!“

“We had the most pleasant experience here on a Sunday afternoon! The bartender and staff were welcoming and super nice. Sunday Funday was awesome and our bill reflected that! Margaritas were delicious! Food was top notch and hot and fresh! Really a cool place and will be back!“
