“On 4/28/25 I placed an online order and when I got there around 9pm it was super busy, I ordered a mozz stick and two buffalo sliders without ranch. I got my order quickly through the drive thru and headed home but when I got home my sliders had ranch. I don’t eat ranch and it’s not what I paid for so I went back and explained I understood they were busy and asked if they could remake them no ranch.
Whoever the guy was who worked that night was so nice and took accountability right away for it and apologized. I was so impressed by how he handled it and immediately said “I’m sorry that was me, we’ll get it fixed for you” it was so nice and I’m still here thinking about it days later.
It wasn’t a big deal but the way it was handled without attitude or shifting blame was so refreshing. I’ll forever choose this Arby’s“
