“We just moved here a few weeks ago and stopped here and I am completley impressed not just by the service but the absolute amazing food for this being a small town but that the owner personally took time to stop not once but twice to check on every customer and was even bussing tables him self! Everyone the employees and the customers them selves just made us feel very welcome and I thank all of you for that! Awesome job on the chicken nachos and Philly steak!“

“We love this Culver's! Our party of six (4 adults, 2 kids) recently dined in and enjoyed the excellent food, service (fast!), and atmosphere (clean restaurant). Two of the adults were visiting from Texas and it was their first Culver's experience- they loved it! We had two butter burger kids meals, chicken tender meals, salad, and chicken sandwich- all were great! Thank you, Culver's on Gratiot Rd!“

“28 years since I have been to this establishment as I moved away. The burgers are the best in the state so we made the drive and it did NOT disappoint! Same owners, same atmosphere, same quality of food and service. A must!“

“Huge Karen on the scene, with the haircut and everything!! My cousin had her 21st birthday here. We had 3 lanes for 16 people, and the place to ourselves after an earlier party had left. My kids had never bowled. And, as I'm coaching them, this lady comes up and says I can't stand on the unused approach to coach my kids because another party will use these lanes... which is fine, except for the fact that the place was EMPTY, save two other bar patrons. They could not possibly use any of the other 7 lanes, oh no, it had to be THAT lane, and IMMEDIATELY (despite this phantom party's absence) whatever... I continued to do my best to coach without using the unused approach... but karen obviously didn't like my shirt or something, because right after that exchange everyones lane "timed out". lanes that were already paid for and actively being used.... classy. The rest of the staff was awesome, and the pizza, flavorful, with topings and cheese piled high. But some people just can't let others enjoy things. And as much fun as I had watching my kids topple pins, and as much as I enjoyed the pizza, I left with a bad taste in my mouth for Pintown because of that lady with the awful haircut, and her need to need to be the solution to a problem that didn't exist. 5 stars for everyone else. Zero stars for Karen.“

“I took my children for dinner so they could play in the new play area. They gave fries instead of applesauce, no apple juice and my son's cheeseburger had no cheese. Just bread and meat. They corrected all the issues and even offered a desert. I was fine with the food mess ups, sometimes they happen I had to change my son's diaper. There is NO changing station in the bathroom. I understand that it is not mandatory to have a changing table but if you're going to have a huge play area for kids you should have a changing table. I had to change him in the trunk of my car. I had to change him a second time so we just left. I wasn't going to go outside to change him in my trunk two times and come back in.“

“Would be great if we have to pull forward At least give me my entire meal at once. Pulling forward and waiting 5 min for drinks as my food gets cold in the vehicle is not ideal. With that said the staff is always super chipper. Rarely do I not get service with a smile and a thank you. Goes a very long way when you’re asked to pull forward. My favorite tends to be the young lady that always tells me to have a golden day.“
