She was treated with great patience in selecting the items for sandwhich. I think she had gift card and maybe rewards card. Overheard explaining everything at checkout. When I paid I acknowledged the service she provided that women. The response was the best, I just imagine if that was my grandmother. That type of attitude is internal and not learned in corporate training. I hope managemrnt recognizes what an assest they with her workng there.“
