“I am a frequent customer of the Sinclair Subway and today was by far the very best experience I've ever had. Maurice was hands down the best. I came in very close to closing and when I came in I was greeted with a hello and a genuine smile. I had ordered three subs and for every sub was all fresh ingredients and anything that seemed low that wasn't up to his parr He went and grab something from the fridge that was better up to his parr. He was patient and kind and all around a great guy. I will for sure be coming back just to see him. I would like to personally Thank Maurice for giving me the best customer experience.“

“I was quite surprised! I ordered the sample platter and seeing the photos I thought I was receiving 15 individual small sandwiches. No, I received 45 small one's, 15 pitas cut in three's. And they had my platter finished in 45 minutes! I'll have a sandwich give away to my friends and family!“

“Normally, I have no negative comments about Subway, but Thursday I stopped for a quick lunch and seen a breakfast sandwich consisting of English muffin, egg, choice of meat ( sausage, bacon, or ham ); I chose sausage and choise of cheese. The lady put the pre cooked and frozen egg in the microwave to heat it up, but did nothing with the sausage patty which I found as I was trying to eat it was still cold even though she put the completed sandwich in the toaster unit. When I bit into it, I could have thrown up, so I just tossed that mouthful into my napkin and into the garbage and left. Do not purchase that breakfast sandwich.“

“I would like to give a shout out to the crew that worked today around 12:00. When I got in line they were working on an online order, a family of 5 order in front of me, and my 5 year old (who wasn't on the best of behavior while in line) and someone that kept calling repeatedly that didn't sound like anyone really interested in Subway just causing a nuisance. All 3 of the people that were on shift kept it together and kept the line moving. Our food was made correctly and tasted really good. And despite the chaos I was still checked out with a smile.“

“Subway is a good place for quick and depending on your choice can be quite healthy. I was disappointed that they had discontinued the egg salad filling. It was a favourite of mine but if others aren't buying it, it had to go. That's buisiness. Lots of other great choices.“

“Today we visited Mr Sub for the second time, I didn’t even know we had one in Sarnia. The subs were so well made last time we went and girls were so nice.

So today we ordered online again and specified a pickup time, she had everything ready and sauces packed so nicely on the side as I requested. We absolutely loved our meals when we got home.

We will be back and look forward to trying the different options. With the deals being offered I find the prices very competitive, if not better, than other shops.
