“I've never had a bad meal here. We've eaten here on and off for the last decade, and it's been always consistently good. The only thing is the fried rice my husband doesn't care for. But all the other entrees, appetizers, soup, and everything else we've had is really good. Also, hands down they have the best crab rangoons in the area.“

“Called in by phone to place an order. Employee was patient and we worked together to understand one another over the phone, despite bad connection and their accent. The food was ready in 15 minutes. We were pleased with portion sizes- two dinner combos lasted us five portions (adult m and f, may be less if you eat more per meal). The chicken was perfectly crispy and the egg roll was delicious. I waited a few days to review to report on whether or not the food made us sick, as this is a frequent problem we’ve had with some Asian food places. We did not experience any problems from the food here. Will definitely choose this place when we want to satisfy our craving for a Chinese meal.“

“The hand pulled noodles are so good! I particularly enjoyed the thin noodles. I found this restaurant through recommendations from people online. My family and I arrived to dine in right before the dinner rush and enjoyed everything we ordered. Food arrived quickly. The server was amazing as well, and she made sure everything went smoothly. My only critique would be that the cong you bing could have used more scallions (they were still very tasty regardless).
Thank you for the food!! 😋“

“Impressed with the experience I had here. Food came out fast and hot, the atmosphere was nice, our waitress Brooke was very personable. Great to see this location improving. Would definitely go back my experience was a 5/5 and I loved the employee and how they stay on top of refills for all their tables. I recommend this restaurant to friends and family because I loves the experience and environment in this location.“

“The vegetable lo mein was 9.5/10. All the vegetables were crisp and fresh, the egg rolls were all pretty good. The only thing I didn’t like was the hot and sour soup. It wasn’t spicy or sour, it tasted like beef stew… I asked my boyfriend to taste it and he said the same thing. It was very “beefy” and I wouldn’t order it again. Will try other things in the future!“

“This is easily the best Chinese food takeout in the area. It’s consistently on-time, delicious, with huge portions at an affordable price. I haven’t found something I don’t like at Happy Wok! I love going here, it’s our favorite takeout place. We always get the General Tso Chicken, the sweet and sour chicken, and the crab rangoons. I highly recommend!
Parking: Right in front of the restaurant, many spots, easy to find & free“

“Great food every time! The crab Rangoons are the best I've had from any of the Chinese restaurants in the area.
Vegetarian options: Vegetable Lo Mein is very good, you can also get some of the dishes with bean curd (tofu basically) instead of meat.
Parking: Easy parking for a quick in and out pick up.“

“Bao space is my one true love. Never had a bad bao here. Food is yummy, atmosphere is chill. Can be a bit cramped when very busy but I’ve found that doesn’t happen often. Their lemon water is so good. Small drink selection but the water is so good that I never order a drink. The shrimp bao is my favorite!“

“Ordered food on a busy night. The food was very good. Unfortunately, I had to wait a little bit to pick up my food. But, they were gracious and handed out egg rolls to everybody who was waiting. I also got an appreciative hug with my food! Good experience!!“

“I have eaten at many Chinese restaurants in Ann Arbor and this is the best. I had Mongolian Beef and my husband had Sweet and sour chicken. We shared each other’s dish. Plenty of food and reasonably priced. I’m definitely going back! The owners are very nice.“

“3.5 stars rounded to 4
Really delicious southeast asian food at an affordable rate, especially if you're on a college budget!
I got a spicy garlic cold noodle dish with tofu and marinated egg add on. The noddles were springy and the right amount of Chewy and the tofu was well seasoned. The sauce was quite flavourful as well, though a little too on the oily side.
For the dish to be called "spicy" I did expect it to be actually tongue numbing spicy...but the sauce was on the rather sweeter side, and had a ketchup like taste to, probably to cater to the less spice tolerant consumer base as well.
The soy marinated egg could have done with more flavour.
We also got veg spring rolls, dan dan noodles (which acquaintances have told me is a must try, but as a vegetarian I wouldn't know haha).
Overall good dinning experience, the food was prepared on time (it's self serve)“

“I love this place. The food is great and for a good price. The Spring Rolls specifically are amazing. I don’t think I’ve had to wait more than 10-15 minutes after placing an orderWhenever I feel stressed or sad I go here. The vibe of the restaurant is very homey. It’s a very welcoming feeling that I appreciate because not many restaurants have this nowadays. The person who works the front is very kind and definItely helps contribute to the overall atmosphere.
Parking: Ample parking no matter what time you go“

“Food was good. There are no more samples due to the pandemic. Their greens at this location did not have enough cabbage. Portions were nice and fulfilling! The food server behind the counter is awesome and has a ton of patience. The lady ringing us up was okay, didn't smile although her voice seemed nice. I like the skeleton table they have for Halloween! You can take a photo with the skeleton family lol.

“The food is good most times. . . Sometimes the flavor is off on certain entrees. But overall the food is good. . . The manger has a hard time exemplifying a higher level of customer service. . . She treats all callers the same. Sometimes I believe she goes into autopilot - meaning she will not say good bye have a nice day. She treats everyone the same. That is not good for business at all. We all have to change our personalities on how we treat each other. We cannot treat everyone the same and expect to prosper. . . Signing off. . . Thank you!“

“The best thing about Panda House is that it's reliable. If you find something you like, no matter which location you go, it tastes the same. It's definitely the fast food restaurant of the Chinese food world. At this location, the staff are friendly and patient, especially with my son as he asks questions and makes up his mind on what to eat.“

“Joyful House is just great. Always the best food. I skip past three other Chinese places (that I’ve already tested) to go here. The family loves it! The lemon chicken, beef and broccoli, chicken fried rice, pork dumplings, egg rolls, and crab Rangoon are all delicious. I ate most of the dumplings before I remembered to take a picture of them, LOL.“
