“Our recent visit to Mac's for a special occasion could not have gone better. We dined at lunch time but were open to order anything on the menu. We were seated by a window overlooking the alley, in a quiet area, which worked great for conversation. Our orders were broiled whitefish and scallops. Both were top notch and delicious. Loved the bread. We kept comparing this meal to what Real Seafood used to be. Service and staff were perfect. Highly recommend.“

“Fresh hot delicious food. We just moved to the area and are looking for local fried chicken places. Ordered the fried chicken sandwich deluxe meal. Also have had 8 piece meal shack pack previously. Always comes out crispy and piping hot, however stays juicy, not dry at all. Their portions are also generous. Staff are very friendly, patient, and quick. Area very clean. There is enough for seating for 8 people only at a bar style seating, otherwise no other sit down table available. Ample parking. Will definitely come back! They also have catering available, I grabbed a menu for when we host parties in the future. Will update review once we try the catering as well.“

“Love Metzger’s! Authentic German cuisine and the Potato Pancakes are absolutely delicious! My husband grew up in a German Family in Ann Arbor and Metzgers was a very big part of his childhood, it’s great to share a memorable meal with him.“

“This was my first time at this restaurant and I was there for a work dinner. It was lively in the restaurant and a little louder and people around us seemed to be deeply engaged in conversation. Our server was very attentive. We ordered cocktails, and a few appetizers that included spinach artichoke dip, the shrimp, brussels sprouts and a couple of folks got the gumbo. I ordered the scallops and grits as my meal. The grits were delicious and the scallops were well prepared. Not overcooked at all the dish had a bit of a kick that was perfect other folks order the salmon, and they seem to like it. I ordered the English garden with vodka, and it was smooth. I enjoyed it very much. We will be back again!“

“Blood orange bourbon cocktail is delicious! Pre fixe 3 course meal until 5:30pm is a great deal, highly recommend. All 3 courses were phenomenal. Martha's house salad was amazing, salmon and crab cakes were great, and creme brulee was amazing. Never had a bad meal here. Unique ambiance by train station.“

“This was my first time ever visiting this restaurant after hearing so many good things I just had to try it and let me tell you it was beyond amazing. Joanna Was our waitress and when I tell you she was excellent I mean it. She made my boyfriend and I feel at home. I got the crab leg boil garlic butter, and Cajun sauce and he got the hibachi steak, and everything was cooked to perfection. The corn in the boil was so soft. She noticed we were on a date and she asked if we wanted our picture taken. And she posed us by having us hold up the crab legs. She was such a wholesome and sweet waitress. And not to mention the place was extremely clean. And although I don’t have children you can tell that they are very welcome there. I went to the bathroom and noticed that they had a bouncer for babies in there A changing table. Gender neutral bathrooms so dads can change the babies too ❤️ 10000/10 I will definitely be coming back“

“All the food from here was really delicious but I'm completely taken with their lemon chicken and rice soup. The chicken is so flavorful and they don't skimp on lemon. The rice is also not overcooked at all. Really perfect soup. The clearly handmade bread was also especially tasty.“

“Delicious!! A hidden gem in the area, amazing Mexican food. I had a shrimp fajita and loved it! Service was excellent, restaurant was clean and attractive, even the restrooms were nice. “It did not disappoint. The atmosphere had a cool vibe, service was great, the food was excellent AND we were given fresh silverware and plates between each course! So important. We got a great wine recommendation from our server (in a section of the menu we usually don't choose from - light and delicate) but it turned out to be a wonderful pairing with the range of foods we had. “Being from the south I've eaten a lot of catfish and shrimp from many fine establishments, by far Nu Wave has been my favorite above them all. I'm a big fan of salty thin battered seafood, they do it right. It's very clean at the two locations I've been to and they've always been friendly. Do not miss out on Nu Wave.“

“This was an anniversary dinner and we wanted a calm and quiet experience. So we reserved an early table and were placed in a pseudo booth area. Although it filled up towards the end and got noisier, we had plenty of quiet time for our meal. Nikki was a wonderful server and the food was terrific. All in all a perfect evening.“

“A must go place for fresh seafood in the Kerrytown district. They have so many varieties and the staff is great. Daily specials too. And there is wine from a nearby shop too. Bring your friends and there's the choice of kerrytown so all are happy“

“I've never been treated so rude. 1 of the 2 men working COMPLETELY ignored me and took the white guy's order behind me. Only after seating him did he barely acknowledge me and ask if I was Doordash or what I ordered. Mine was online, I drove 20 min out to get there and it still took another 20 min to get my food. I will never spend money here or any other Indian restaurant again. They've ruined it for me. You're just as brown as me and treated me so poorly. Shame on Namaste. I wish I could give it a 0.“

“I have enjoyed going to Real Seafood Company for well over a decade. Consistently yummy seafood. It might not be the best value (pretty expensive and portions aren't necessarily large), but we like the food, the ambiance, the service. It's an approachably nice place to get a good meal. I also like that you can kind of create different experiences for yourselves. Feeling more casual? A steamed mussels bucket with a side of fries is a great meal for $18. Or the seafood alfredo is good bang for your buck too. Feeling a little more upscale? Their twin lobster tails are consistent and decently sized. Lots of fresh and specialty fish options.
