“After a bad incident on my Birthday the girls and the manager were exceptionally great. Definitely a place to get some coffee or a latte. They actually know how to make a correct latte. Manager was very pleasing to speak with along with the women working while I waited. Everyone agreed that Bigby is all about customer service done the right way. Today that was shown greatly. “The staff can make you feel like you are bothering them sometimes. The bathrooms are not always the cleanest. And the food options outside of the bakery are sub par. The barkery goods are good. The beverages are a bit confusing to navigate so i tend to stick to the ones i know. Coffee can be either good or bad and not always stirred properly.
