Bathroom dirty, 7 ppl working it took 15 min to be helped and unable to find my mobile order. Finally left bldg and went through driveway where I waited another 15 min to get my order

this morning around 10:20am my wife went through the drive thru and purchased us breakfast. She got the French Toast sticks and got me the Baconator breakfast sandwich. when she got home and went through the bag she noted that they didn't give me my sandwich. She called at 10:31 and let them know that she'd come back and pick it up. They said "No you can't.
