“Just had dinner here at the Red Arrow Roadhouse. Hubby ordered the meatloaf dinner and he liked it very much. I ordered the Roadhouse Classic Reuben minus the sauerkraut and 1000 island dressing! The house-cooked corned beef, warm, very lean, and incredibly tender on griddled marbled rye, with melted Swiss cheese was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! The fries were perfectly cooked and hot. Our server was a dream. Friendly and welcoming. She made us want to come back! The next time we’re in New Buffalo, we will definitely visit this restaurant again.“

“Honestly, the restaurant is in the middle of nowhere. When we were driving, we saw some old farms, big and old house. So the decor was not the best.
From the outside, the restaurant looks rustic.
But when the food come, it was amazing.

When it came to recommendations there, walked out with a growler and a bottle of there best sweet wine. We did only get a little pizza to share but even that was very tasty! Everything we ordered was delicious. The pulled pork was packed with flavor, the smash burgers were cooked perfectly, the salmon dip was one of the best we’ve had, and the pretzels were the perfect appetizer. To top it off, the pear cider was refreshing, and the beer flight was a great way to sample several of their brews.

If you’re in New Buffalo, Ghost Isle Brewery is definitely worth a stop. Great food, great drinks, and even better service. We’ll absolutely be back!“

“The food is always delicious and affordable for the value. The daily double that offers 1/2 a sandwich and a bowl of soup is wonderful. We have always had a great meal when we di e at Timbers.
When the lines are long another cashier would be greatly appreciated.“

“The buffet was good, but I think they put way too much pepper on the food. There’s a lot of people out there cannot have pepper … that’s why you put salt and pepper shakers on the table so people could put the salt and pepper on the food by themselves. The cooks put way too much pepper on the food especially the mashed potatoes. Don’t need to do that. Nobody else does that.“
