“Fast. I purchased a Philips 4400 coffee machine from Best Buy, and it had a leak the first time we used it. I could have just returned it but I figured it might just end up in a landfill, so instead I contacted Philips for warranty service, the rep walked me through the whole process, even used a video chat so I could show exactly what was leaking. She then sent me an email with a shipping label to send the unit to Espresso Machine Experts, not too far from where I live. I shipped the unit using their label, it arrived the next day at EME, and within 3 days they found the problem, replaced two parts, and shipped it back to me. Inside of a week I had the unit back and it's been working great.

Espresso Machine Experts did a great job, packed the unit back up safely, emptied out all the water - because it was below freezing outside - and provided clear instructions on how to start the machine back up.

Overall, this was a seamless and painless process. The hardest part was just packing the machine back up, which took 10 minutes.

I recommend Philips products - this is our second coffee machine - the first one is still going strong after 6 years, we just wanted some other features. And, I recommend Espresso Machine Experts for warranty service.“
