“Great local spot, great value for the food service is normally good but when they get crowded it can be a challenge. Check out the steak night specials awesome deal. They need to change the menu IMO tired of seeing the same thing for two years.But sometimes I enjoy knowing I can get the old favorite when I want it.“

“Nice restaurant! We came here on a Thursday afternoon and it was very quiet and the food came out very quick and our waitress was awesome! The only thing I was disappointed with was the portions of food are very small for the price your paying!“

“I'm going to start with desert because they should be Three Stooges slapped! WHO in the whole wide world serve ALREADY BAKED chocolate chip cookie w/fudge topping, ice cream and whip cream?! The deserts on the menu were deliciously original which I wanted but who can resist WHAT I expected to be a fresh baked HOT cookie! Its an insult to ALL cookie and ice cream lovers to be presented with a cookie that was precooked and room temp fudge smeared over. I had every right to assume the cookie would be freshly baked... can I get an AAAMEN? When the waiter stated good choice and that the fudge was put on top and put back in the oven to melt over the cookie I just knew I didn't mind the 3k calories. When he came back 5 minutes later, I was too out done when he questioned me why I questioned a rubber cookie. Nuff said there, I've made my point. (It's in the trash, not worth the calories). We ordered the 10 beer battered shrimp to share and received 10 popcorn shrimp, I wanted to play a game and see who had good aime and throw in each of our mouths. That's my hilarious review. The Pecan Walleye fish (WARNING contains bones) was a first for me delicious but I would like options for the topper. I'm from down South so our chefs cook differently and our taste buds are different in expectations. I'm just a food critic and have eaten from many places around the world so Im unapologetically giving 4 stars for MY OPINION. My coworkers chunky chicken strips and beautiful burger was highly rated to my eyes, I wish I still ate meat. My nonalcoholic drink was a perfect original surprise, needed a splash of sprite but good. Ambience was a perfect atmosphere for an after work meetup. 4 stars from a Southerner.“

“I had my husband’s surprise birthday party in their private room. It turned out amazing! The room was very nice and the staff were so helpful with everything. They truly made it great! The food was excellent too! Would definitely recommend!“

“My Mom & I were heading out of town and wanted to have a little lunch. Looked on Yelp, read about this place and had to try it. This is definitely a hidden gem. We had awesome & friendly service upon walking in. The server Laura was very helpful in guiding us with the menu. We shared the vegetable stuffed & baked sandwich which was amazing and an awesome burger. The bartender Brady was very friendly as well as giving us the story on the establishment dating back 90 years. He was an Absoulutly awesome bartender. I would recommend this bar & grill when visiting Mount Pleasant. Great location right on Main Street.“

“2nd New Years dinner there.Excellent service and food was great. This year I tried the steak frites, the flavor was great except it was extremely salty, that I could barely eat the fries. Could knock down the salt by 80%. It was hard to eat. The steak was good in it. I moved them off to the side to eat.“

“Met our son here for dinner. It was very busy but we got a table right away as their staff works hard, clearing tables.Service was excellent and everything we ordered was GREAT. I wish we didn’t leave be 45 minutes away as this would become our regular stop.Can’t wait to go back.“

“Had breakfast with my spouse, and it was simply wonderful. I like my hash browns extra crispy and they delivered, the outside was a perfect golden brown and the inside was moist without the extra oils. There are only a handful of restaurants that can do this. The rest of the food was just as good. The waitstaff was attentive and prompt. Stan's has made it into our weekly breakfast rotation.“

“The staff is super friendly and service was fast even with a full restaurant. We got a bacon double cheesburger, a side of clam chowder soup, and the cheeseburger chips. All of it tasted amazing and fresh. My husband was pretty fond of the clam chowder and their sweet tea, I really liked the housemade chips. And best of all are their super reasonable prices!Kid-friendliness: They have crayons for kids and kid menu items. There were plenty of families dinning in.“

“1st time going today & the customer service was great. I ordered the "Elotes Frys" and man was they good! The frys were great & the elotes topping was amazing! My boyfriend had the Macdaddy, & he loved it. Definitely worth trying! ?“

“Was looking for a quick bite in the area that was open late. Several options but the menu, Reviews and beer list caught my attention. Great burgers! The fries were so crispy and good beer. Truly enjoyed it plus the atmosphere and service was awesome. Will go back next time I’m in the area. Felt like going back in time.“

“We have wanted to stop here many times but did not have time until our latest trip up north. The place is super clean, well decorated, and FUN! The gentleman behind the counter was very polite and seemed happy to be there. The donuts and coffee were second to none, and they actually had my favorite, Long John with white cream and milk chocolate frosting. The prices were very reasonable too. There were many tables to sit at and everyone there seemed to know each other and we felt a nice sense of community. We will be back for sure!“

“As I came in I noticed the place was very clean. Everybody was very polite as they had took my order. I had a little weight but it was at dinner time and to be all honest it was worth it. Food was hot, fresh and I would highly recommended for anyone to go and eat there. Not only were they clean and polite, but they were very willing to help their customers in any way. Culvers you have outdid yourself.Dietary restrictions: I am sure that they will fix your food the way you order it. I know for me when I went into order my food they were all very nice and polite as well as very clean inside. After getting my order it was very fresh and very good. I would highly recommend this placeParking: There is plenty of parking spots, although it does get a little chaos during the busy hours to be able to go through drive-thru to pay, but well worth itKid-friendliness: They had pictures for kids to color as well as food that kids would enjoy and drinksWheelchair accessibility: Was very easy to come in to order as well as using the bathroom or sitting at the table.“

“Never have a bad experience at hunters! My only complaint is the bread knots used to be my favorite things in the whole world. Now they seem to be frozen before they're cooked? Because they're SUPER hard to chew. I miss the soft ones I used to get ?“

“The pixie is a great throw back 50’s style diner and has been a part of Mt. Pleasant’s restaurant scene for over 70 years. Well known for their coney dogs and bitty burgers, the walls in the dining area are plastered with plaques attesting to their popularity- east 6 conies or 8. Itty burgers in an hour and get your plaque on the wall. Their fries and onion rings are some of the best you will find. The stag was extremely friendly and helpful, however it’s clear the Pixie suffers from the same problem most restaurants have today - lack of sufficient staff. Our wait was about double what we have experienced in the past years and there were only a handful of diners this night. All in all I still highly recommend the Pixie for conies and burgers, diner style.“

“Stopped in on 3/7/24 for a late dinner around 8pm. The place was moderately busy but we were placed at a table immediately and put our orders in. Food came out in a reasonable time but we had to wait for fresh biscuits, which is fine with me. Everything was hot, fresh, and good. All the shrimp, sides, and fish were made right.The Flounder is always one of my favorites and the cook knew their assignment because it came out perfect. Been to this location only a few times but the quality of food & consistency of service is always good compared to other locations I've visited, such as Grand Rapids. I believe this location keeps the right staff that makes going out to eat enjoyable instead of disappointing.“

“Came in tonight after visiting the maple syrup festival down the road. My waitress Sheana A was so nice and polite. It's always nice when they have a smile the entire time. And them when the staff came out singing happy both day for Mt youngest who turned 9 today just made her night! Thanks guys for such an awesome experience! ? ? ? ? ?“

“My husband and I stopped by The Quarry Grill for lunch for the first time mid-week while traveling through the Mt Pleasant area. We could not have had a better experience. We sat outside on the large patio that overlooked the course. My husband had an amazing Southwest Chicken Salad and I had Chef Ben's (Spicy!) Chicken Sandwich (at the recommendation of Erin against other tough choices). The menu punched above it's weight for a lunch menu and Erin made the afternoon a perfect unexpected pleasure. My husband and I can't say enough positive things about The Quarry Grill and wonderful grounds. Erin also recommended nice things in the area and ways to enjoy the holiday with local events. Looking forward to our next visit!“

“If you liked Bennigan's from before their former corporate had financial troubles, you will like this one. It's Bennigan's of old. I even had to choose between two of my old favorites. The one I got was spot in. Next time, I'm getting the other| one.Since they didn't list it under "which dishes do you recommend", I recommend the Turkey O'Toole.Parking: Parking surrounding the restaurant with many spots on the front.“

“We dined here for my daughter's winter CMU graduation dinner.I was able to easily get a reservation for the date needed. I was quite surprised that they weren't booked solid due to the graduation.Our reservation was gor 5:30pm but we were there at 5pm when thenbistro opened. The staff was able to seat us early.The food was very good and our waiter was awesome. He was able to deal with our eclectic group and our sense of humor.If you're looking for good food, we highly recommend the Siinikaung Bistro.Vegetarian options: Wedge Salad, Taglietelle Pasta“

“Cabin Sticks!! They are so good and i alos love the pizza from the cabin. I don't think I've never had a bad drink nor a bad time at the cabin. Karaoke is always a blast as well. If you're in Mt Pleasant and on the Central Michigan campus this is a must stop for a late night dinner! Love it here!“
