“Today was our first experience at the Shepherd Bar and it was amazing. Our waitress was super attentive and kind; So much so my daughter asked for a hug before we left. 🥰 The food was delicious and we will definitely be back!“

“We had a family party there last night, there were 22 of us. Our server Grace who was doing it all by herself was fantastic, she was very helpful, friendly, courteous and caring. She took our orders, served our meal and was our bartender with a big smile. She asked us frequently if everything was okay and could she get us anything else. It had to be hectic doing all this alone but she handled it with flying colors. Food was excellent and prices reasonable, I highly recommend this restaurant, beautiful place and great atmosphere. I hope the owners appreciate Grace and the fine job she does. Grace is definitely a huge asset to your company. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would give her a 10??“

Good quality beef cooked perfectly to my requested medium. I devoured it. I got potato wedges with it. They were huge and hotter than the sun. They barely cooled down by the time my burger was finished. Besides burning my tongue, lol, they were very good. “We had a retirement party of 16 people on a Friday evening. The staff was OUTSTANDING! From the hostess, bartenders, to waitresses, just amazing service all the way around! “This Culver’s location has great food! I noticed a lot of negative reviews made around 7/2/26, I was at the location that evening around 7 pm (trying to miss the dinner rush) and it was packed with out of towners on their way up north for the holiday weekend. I actually left and came back after 8 pm and it was still really busy. All the fast food places in Alma were very busy that evening. The staff at this Culver’s location were working hard from what I could see. Anyone who has worked in food service can tell you how crazy an hours-long rush can be. As a local who has been to this Culver’s location many times I know that on a usual evening the service is good & the food is awesome! I will definitely continue to go here!“
