“The atmosphere here is your classic bar that serves food. It does seem clean though, so at least not a grunge bar. They have lots of TV's so you can watch the game.\n\nI ordered the Rodeo Burger ($13), a 7oz patty with cheddar cheese, onion rings, and bbq sauce. The burger was very good. Good quality beef cooked perfectly to my requested medium. I devoured it. I got potato wedges with it. They were huge and hotter than the sun. They barely cooled down by the time my burger was finished. Besides burning my tongue, lol, they were very good. I would definitely get both again.\n\nThe service was very good and friendly.\n\nOverall a 4 star review. Would I return? Yes. This may not fall into my favorite best burgers it is very good and if I lived in the area it would definitely be in my rotation of burgers“

“My Mom and I stopped by for take out. There were several people behind us waiting to be seated and we were waiting at the counter to order. We aren’t sure where the lady went that had been waiting on us, but then there was Natalia! She had just walked in and with a smile on her face she took care of everything. I hope Natalia sees this and knows how much her smile, great attitude, and kindness makes a difference. :)“

“We had a retirement party of 16 people on a Friday evening. The staff was OUTSTANDING! From the hostess, bartenders, to waitresses, just amazing service all the way around! They were friendly, accommodating, and patient, for we stayed later than their designated closing time. Thank you Bucks Run for making our party a wonderful memorable experience!“

“We were a party of 8, including our kids, and Adam gave us absolutely outstanding customer service. He was extremely polite, kind, professional, and attentive throughout our entire visit.
I can honestly say I have rarely experienced customer service like this. Even some 5-star restaurants don’t have someone as professional and welcoming as Adam. He truly knows how to make customers feel comfortable, valued, and well taken care of.
I’m writing this review from experience, as I come from a family-owned restaurant background, so I know how important great customer service is and Adam definitely stands out.

“The Big John's Burger is the best around“

“I came through the drive thru and the Manager (I'm so sorry, I can't remember her name although she told me), was so friendly and kind. Sadly, I had forgotten my card and asked if I could just get my drink. She gave me the whole meal at no cost. I needed this kindness. Little did she know, I was down in Mount Pleasant for my next blood draw as I was just diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Life has been hard and my mind has been all over the place (hence why I can't remember this sweet lady's name at the moment, maybe Destiny?). She told me, "We all have bad days, and need a little pick me up." I was so thankful for her. Please keep up the great work and keep being kind. You just never know when someone needs it.“

“LOVE their custard! Love getting the four-pack of custards from the freezer and eating on them for a while at home. Custard is a lot richer than ice cream you get in the grocery stores, so we are able to make a pint of Culver's custard last about the same amount of time as a quart of grocery store ice cream. The trick to our current diet is when we get a sugar craving, we take a spoon and dip it in the custard, salivate the taste and take 2-3 additional bites and then stop. It is hard, but once you get the hang of it, you will realize that the taste stays in your mouth for a long time. We have lost a lot of weight doing it this way. (about 100 lbs total.) We try to do it with grocery store ice cream, but it just isn't rich enough to do this trick with. So, all in all, Culver's Custard has helped us with our diet. Thank You Culver's!

“This place is clearly geared toward the younger crowd. The music was very loud for dinner time, and the service was not great considering we were the only people there aside from 4 or 5 people at the bar. The menus were mangled, which I suppose is part of the “charm”. I have to say that the muffuletta and fried pickles were pretty good, but it’s probably a better experience for people going to just have drinks and play pool.“

“The place was very clean, but the booths are quite warm. There were plenty of staff and they were professional but not overly outgoing. Typical Burger King food that came out fast and hot. They cook their eggs better here than they do it some other locations.“

“I dined inside and The food was meh…ok. Nothing bad or wrong with order yet wasn’t great either. The workers were super fast ! Which is great but i noticed it was almost pushy fast making some customers feel rushed. Bathroom was clean but sink water timer sucks not enough time to wash before going off and then having to struggle getting it back on.. the pop machine in dining room did not taste right. I tried over 15 flavors and it’s barely any flavor but lots of bubbles tho.Many people put there full pop cups on garbage can they didn’t like it and didn’t want to make a mess in garbage bag I assumed.“
