“It has been a long time since I went to a fast food restaurant drive-through, and I give this establishment 10 stars from the time I pulled up the young lady greeted me with a smile and said hello. Her demeanor was so pleasant and friendly and once I reach the young man to pay for my order, same exact attitude, wonderful, and even informed me because I had my fur baby with me that this Chick-fil-A had pet treats once I arrived up at the window. The gentleman spoke and passed my order and told me to have a good day by that time. The young man that I had paid came up, went inside and gave me the dog treat this attitude and demeanor should be done at all restaurants. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A and Southfield and you all keep up the good work thank you. and the drive-through was quick. I did not sit long once again thank you for a wonderful experience.“

“I visited on 1/26/2025.
No one was in line but two people were waiting for their order when i arrived. I placed my order at 1:37 pm. I ordered 1 mini cheese burger with everything except mushrooms. Total was $9.95. I got my sandwich order at 1:50 pm. Two people that ordered after me got theirs before me. I respect that everything is cooked fresh.
Thr burger was good, not great but not happy waiting 13 minutes.“

“AVOID THE ROYAL OAK LOCATION!! This location is the best! Bigger portions and the chicken tastes way different. So much better! It’s juicy and charred. Staff is always in a good mood and happy. They really need to help Royal oak with their marinade or something!“

“I was passing by at about 11:50PM and nervously pulled into the drive through. I was greeted by a cheerful tone and fun banter and even though it was close to closing time it was as if they knew I was coming and definitely didn’t mind. Ahmad and the lady with the colorful hair did not rush me or have an attitude as you would expect going to an establishment as they are preparing to close or sometimes already started closing procedures and can’t fulfill. I hope that Ahmad is recognized for his efforts and quality customer service his personality and professionalism is something to take note of! My gyro was excellent and I’m thankful the Mac and cheese is back. I am missing the Mediterranean wrap and the old turkey blt and the turkey sandwhich how it used to be made with that good sauce.“
