Service was the worst... It wasn't busy and I waited 20 minutes for some wing dings and it was a couple others waiting as well! It wasn't even busy and it was shortly after opening! Terrible

The taste of the food was good. However, the batch we were served was just slightly greasy.

KFC offers decent fried chicken, although there are some inconsistencies in service. Customers have experienced delays and issues with presentation and taste of certain menu items. Some enjoy the chicken pot pie, while others found the loaded potato bowl disappointing. The Saucy Nuggets did not look like they do in the commercials, and the different sauces, including BBQ and Honey BBQ, did not taste great. Missing menu items, like popcorn chicken, can also be upsetting. The original KFC recipe is missed by some, wishing for a return to the original herbs and spices. There have been complaints about rude staff, including an older lady manager who has been described as unprofessional. Overall, this KFC branch has its ups and downs, but remains a go-to spot for fried chicken in the area.
