Went in there on 2/27 for the new Chizza, also ordered a Blackberry Lemonade, one Biscuit and the mini chocolate cake. I had to say my order several times as the cashier was clearly slow (in terms of mentally and in her speed) and couldn’t comprehend my pretty simple order after several times of repeating myself. The chicken pot pie was hot, fresh and delicious. The new loaded potato bowl however was trash. The presentation, the taste and the price were very much disappointing. This particular KFC in the past has served me average food at best with the chicken pot pie being the one exception to the rule. I will not be eating from this location again, ever.

Service is ok. Seems like there are always small issues with their service. Today, 3 customers got their food before me. I wish they had a drive through, but there is nothing the owner could do about this.
