“What can I say I absolutely luv luv luv my Starbucks Chai Latte (hot or cold) w/soy milk 2 squirts of caramel n 1 peppermint. N I’m addicted to the Lemon loaf, pumpkin bread, n banana nut bread when I go I buy 1 of each. When I’m bad I get 2 each n hide them for later. I was also very impressed with their level of customer service. The Mgr/owner is so cool he bought all my stuff 1 day out of the kindness of his heart. That really touched me, it was so cool n I felt truly valued as a customer. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is due to the lengthy lines inside n out.“
“There is plenty of chill space if you need to meet with people or get work done. They had a few girls working when I went in but it still took about ten minutes for my single drink order to be completed. More of a friendly chill place than a get your coffee quick place.“

“I went to the Starbucks location and didn’t know what I wanted because a seasonal item is out of season. Ted was a great help and helping me find a great drink during the off-season! I was also able to get a chance to try to jalapeño chicken pocket with the Truff hot sauce And I’m not a huge of truff But the flavors pair amazingly. Almost definitely try this again and I almost definitely come back to this location!“
“I always order with the app for convenience and I tend to go to a lot of different stores depending on where I am but this Starbucks at Northwestern and Franklin is by far the best. I swear, everyone working here deserves a raise because it’s such a friendly environment every time I go in there. I like to say hello and thank you whenever I walk into any Starbucks because I’m genuinely grateful for the drinks they make me, but a lot of stores don’t acknowledge me even when I try to say thank you in passing which I can fully understand, I’m just another customer, but I seem to always be welcomed by everyone in this store when I go in. They don’t just say hello, they’re often very genuine and talkative, it makes my day every time. Thank you so much to everyone at this store!! Seriously, give them all raise! Maybe it’s good management but they’re doing something right at this Starbucks.“
