Wingstop Reviews
The employees at this location make all the difference. Everyone is always so nice and friendly and actually appreciate customers. And it’s clean! I’ve been to other locations and they have mopey, no smile employees and the place is so messy. You make me want to drive all the way to Southfield when I have a brand new location in Lincoln Park that needs to take some serious lessons from you guys! Keep up the good work!
Every time I call my order in.. the disconnect or my order is never ready for pickup. I was on hold for 10 minutes.
Wings were frostbit and the fries were not fresh after we sat there for 20+ minutes. Not much sauce on our wings. The owner need to supply this location with fresher product it makes more than enough money at this location.

Wingstop is a popular restaurant known for its great food and friendly service. The employees are consistently described as super nice and hardworking, with the General Manager Cleveland praised for his assistance. The food, particularly the wings, is often craveable, though some customers note the seasoning can be overpowering, especially on the fries and chicken. The tender lunch combo with Louisiana rub, light, well-done Cajun fries, and a Coca-Cola freestyle drink is a recommended, affordable option. While the wait time can sometimes be long, customers appreciate that staff are eager to make sure they have the best experience and often receive more wings than ordered. However, some recent visits have seen issues like delays, mistakes in orders, and undercooked bone-in chicken wings, which can be disappointing. Despite these problems, Wingstop generally offers a positive dining experience for its customers.
