“Our first time to the Longhorn Steakhouse and it was an incredible dining experience. We completed the online waitlist before we arrived (15-20 minute) but luckily we got seated right away. Big shout out to our amazing server, Kayli L, as she was incredible. Highly recommend the Wild West Shrimp Appetizer, loaded with delicious spicy shrimp 10/10, then salad and we both ordered Flo’s filet which was so tender and flavourful, melt in your mouth goodness! “Thanksgiving went wonderfully well this year! The team worked together to create an enjoyable experience for patrons! Past years had timing and service issues, but this year when we went, they were a well oiled machine. The GM was ensuring that people had reservations before people got in line to enter to avoid delay. The manager was visible, checking in on staff and guests. Both leaders were helping to clear tables along with staff. The atmosphere was pleasant and we didn't feel rushed. The food was fantastic! They've been listening and learning how to make things better for their guests. Kudos!“
