“I want to give a special shout out to an amazing Manager. This morning at 10:40am (after breakfast was done) I rushed in to get some breakfast for my Grandfather that is on hospice. We were coming to visit him at home and get him food that he could eat. Thanks to an amazing person, she made him hotcakes, bacon, hash brown and threw in a apple pie. He was so happy he could eat a meal with us this morning. Thank you again for everything. Your truly one of a kind.“

“When you place an order to a restaurant, whether it be a sit-down place or fast food, you don't expect just quality food, you expect quality service as well. I am pleasantly surprised to say I have been served the greatest customer service at this particular location. I ordered a "#6 The Boss" with double meat and left a message wondering how they were going to fit everything, and I asked if they could put any extra meatballs into a container. The staff was very friendly, and my order was handed to me only moments after reaching the window. When I got home, I noticed there was a handwritten message on the wrapper letting me know they did indeed fit everything into the sandwich. When I opened the wrapper, there was a second surprise waiting for me. Attached was a bag with a small cup with one meatball, with a smiley face drawn on the lid. This absolutely made my day and assured me that this location is the best around.

“Came here at 5:30ish and Renee took my order. She was very polite and respectful. And I had a KFC Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo with some fries and my Gf had a Famous Bowl with a Bacon Cheeseburger. Everything was cooked perfectly. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Cedar Springs about 9 months ago and I’m happy to say I’ve never been disappointed. 👍

“This is the first time in a long time this food and service was actually decent. I have been so grossly annoyed with this place because it was always something. From stale buns, horrible service, and saying they just cleaned the frosty machine with 2 hours before they closed on a mobile order, and plenty more, I was done. I didn't have a choice today and the convenience took me there. Even though the food was delayed, it was only because they dropped the chicken nuggets right when i arrived to pick it up, which is worth it by the way, especially on a to go order. I haven't seen that employee there before. He at least communicated the delay AND why. He was very polite when he did so, unlike previous ones I have encountered. Hopefully this is a change for the better. Time will tell. Thank you for your help tonight.“

“I can’t say enough amazing things about this wonderful Chick-fil-A location! I am not a review writer ever but wow, I’m a sucker for good customer service and the manager at this location goes above and beyond. John G. Embodies customer service to a tee. This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. This man took the time to bring our kids stickers, after his shift took a few extra mins to check in and make sure we were enjoying our food and then he said the line that every single mom wants to hear, as we were all staring at the mess our kids made this man says “don’t worry about cleaning up, that’s why you come here right? We got it.” Done, sir, you have a customer for life in me! Thank you again for making our visit so so special!“

“I'm very grateful that this location just opened much closer to my home. As I prepared to head into work I placed an order online for pickup. Walking through the door I was reminded just how friendly and inviting the atmosphere is here. The staff was even more welcoming and personable. I was able to pick up my order promptly. I'm also very satisfied with the quality of the food.“

“I work right next door and I can get a quick bite to eat in my break. The delivery is great and my sandwich is always the way I order it. The staff is beyond friendly and I love getting the day old bread for my vegetarian son. He loves his lettuce sandwiches.“

“The owner/managers are basically drill sergeants and don't have any problem hiding it. If you want to watch the employees get harped to the extent where you feel like you're the one in trouble, then go here. It is one hell of a thing to watch. I'm scared to go in sometimes.
I've been going here for 10 plus years at the time of this review and the food is always fantastic. This location made me love Arby's and they outshine every other location that I've been to.“

We ended up eating quickly and leaving due to the temperature inside the restaurant.

“Hands down the best customer service I’ve seen at a McDonald’s! I called to place a very large pick-up order of 39 happy meals and Travis was great. He was very friendly, and made sure the order was complete- even with all of the special requests. The order was ready at the time of arrival, him and a few other staff members even carried it out to the car for us. We were very pleased with the service we had! 10/10!“

“This taco bell has seen me through the worst and the best. It has seen many laughs and many tears. Going to this taco bell is the highlight of every week. Sometimes highlights my week multiple times in a row and the employees never judge. “Yes it’s Taco Bell. But honestly we have been going to this specific location for a few years now and the staff are always friendly and the food has rarely let us down. I thought it deserved a shoutout since it’s close to the highway and may be an alternative to other nearby locations“

“McDonald’s wasn’t that busy Easy to order. Food was fresh. I got so many pickles. As I asked for extra. So satisfying. The double chicken Big Mac is filling. And not sloppy like the Big Mac. But so yummy!!!!

“Beautifully remodeled store. Friendly staff. LOVE the new Southwest Chicken Avocado Salad. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my husband and I were there last night and I asked if the Tropical Green Tea was sweetened. I was told no. Much to my surprise, the tea is infact sweet. #1 ingredient is Organic Cane Sugar!!! Your employees need to know this when asked. If I were a Diabetic, I could have been in trouble. I am on a low carb diet and a medium drink was 22 carbs!!! That's over a day's supply in 1 drink!“

“This subway is the best subway I’ve been to and I have been to many other subways. Their customer service is outstanding and genuine. I want to give a shout-out to Patience Humphrey that works there. She has excellent communication and every time I go she is always working so hard and she does everything she can to her best ability and she is overall an amazing worker and she has great work ethic.
