“Just tried this place for the 1st time ever! I tried the new location in downriver! Pro: fresh hamburger that I have had in a long time Friendly service Quick to help and take my order Con: They had no other beverages choice but water , fingers crossed they plan to have other options in the future if you are apple pay user like me I think it nice of them to suggest the gas station next door but weirdly gas station does not accept apple pay So I had nothing to drink 🙁 Overall I would rate them a 9/ 10“

“Food is always delicious, only issue I have is the service is not always good and the containers they package the to-go food in is Cheap material. I ordered an omelette and the cheese and moisture from the food made a hole in my paper container if I didn’t notice my food could’ve fell out but other then that the food is always a thumbs up.“

“It's not just another dairy queen, Liz and her family have owned for over 40 years. You will never meet nicer people, have better service, or taste better ice-cream. Those who posted Wally's or cold cow are better than this place.... well, you simply lost your sense of taste from covid and never got it back! its either that or you just plane dumb my family and every family I know will never go anyplace else EVER thank you Liz for your service to the community“

“Every time I go here for lunch during work, I'm always greeted at the door by staff. They take my order in a timely fashion. They make the food right in front of you so you can see it being cooked. The food always get to you nice and hot and ready to eat. This location is my favorite one and I recommend going there any chance you get.“

“I just left this Harper location. I have my twins in the backseat I was gonna share half my sandwich with them not only did the woman who helped us cut an individual piece for them, but she also made sure I got a piece of some cookie and even gave them their own cups of water. I did not ask her to do any of this, but she did it anyway. Exceptional, what a gem. Give her a raise!“

Parking is a bit stressful. Giant trucks in tiny lot I cant believe the lot is so small for SCS that is crazy! I will park on street to get the great service. Next time I will be prepared“

“The only reason this is five stars is to not negatively affect the employees.

You guys have one person always working. What happens if they can not use the restroom?? What happens if someone comes in and threatens the employee? Where is the manager? Why can the manager not staff this location properly? That is their job. Why is the manager not working and covering shifts? I am very disappointed in whoever manages this location. The employee working does a wonderful job and deserves the help to be fully staffed and a functional location.“
