“Every time I have come to this establishment I’m always greeted kindly at the door, the atmosphere is definitely nice and relaxing and there are a lot of people usually in there.

Lastly the food is amazing! My go to is the Pepper Steak and onions/peppers, popcorn chicken and white rice. Today 1/31 it was extremely exceptional.

“Great location orders are a lot faster then 18 mile and dequinder over by Kroger's plaza. Omg I'm so happy I moved over by this taco bell. I would order on the app to do quick pick up after work but then have to wait 45 minutes in the drive threw even though my food was already ready so constantly had to order fresh food or everything would be soggy from the wait at the stupid drive threw. It was so aggravating when they choose to close inside early too which they did constantly. This location is way better.”

“I went to leos Coney Island in Sterling Heights around 3 AM after a night out, and I have to say—this place has completely turned around. In the past, it felt like it was going downhill, but last night’s visit changed everything.

The cook they have now is incredible. He’s clearly a professional—his plating was on point, the food came out cooked perfectly, and he handled the entire kitchen by himself with ease. No chaos, no yelling—just smooth, quality work. You could tell he takes pride in what he does.

This kind of effort deserves real credit. If this cook stays, this location is going to be amazing. I’ll definitely be back again”

“As far as any McDonald's can do, this one does it quite well. Our food was good and they made me a quarter pounder with cheese minus the bun. I enjoyed it. There was an employee there that was quite helpful. His name I found out was Eric. Not only did he help us get our order but came back later and asked if we needed anything else like salt or ketchup or anything. Every McDonald's needs at least one Eric.”

“I’m only giving this Subway five stars because of the elderly woman working today — by herself — on Christmas. She handled over 20 DoorDash orders alone and still managed to be patient, professional, and genuinely kind to every customer. That level of work ethic and grace deserves real recognition.

That said, the owner/management of this location should be ashamed. Leaving any employee alone on Christmas with that volume of orders is unacceptable — and especially troubling when it’s an elderly employee. Yes, I understand that age doesn’t change the fact that she’s an employee, but basic human decency and proper staffing still matter. No one should be expected to run an entire store solo under those conditions.

I’m incredibly proud of how she handled everything, but pride doesn’t replace support. She deserves a raise, help on her shifts, and appreciation beyond words. This review is for her, not the way this store is being managed.”

“I go to various Starbucks in the area and up North but the kind and friendly gang at the Starbucks at Kroger on 18 Mile and Dequindre are tops in customer service. Every time I’m there I (and all other customers) are greeted with a smile. They work well together and their camaraderie level is always high. I have witnessed a few times where there is complaining customers, and the Starbucks employees handle up with class trying to resolve whatever the issue is. Most complex I have witness were customer errors and not employee errors, and they still handle all situations very well.”

The cheese is good and chewy, they cooked the pizza perfect which included a few well done crust bubbles. Quality ingredients! The chicken wings were perfect as well, I really like their seasoning on the outside. The cheese bread had the baked on cheese on the corners and was full of flavor. This is a hidden GEM here in Sterling Heights. I used to own a pizzeria and I had more pride than most in my product... Ray's pizza is better... hands down...”

I had placed a pick up order from Krispy Kreme across the street - I don't know if it was weather related, but the entire place was shut down and the phone just kept ringing. I called this Tim Horton's, told them the situation (I was running late and had a big order), and within 2 minutes I was paid, packed and back in the car on my way. Excellent service!!!! This employee deserves some recognition!”

“Stop by there Wednesday January 7th. 2026 at 9:15 p.m. I went to this location because the other location on Gratiot and Roseville in MI couldn't make me any super greens at 5 minutes to 9:00 p.m., closing time for this location is 10:00 p.m. I drove to the Sterling heights Van Dyke location near 16 Mile and arrived there at 9:15 p.m. and they set me up with a warm plate of super greens along with the rest of my order. It took them less than 2 1/2 minutes to produce fresh super greens. The question in my mind is if super greens is a side item along with chow, mein or rice and the Roseville location was running low on both of those. How were they going to service the rest of the customers for the next hour without any side items available for their entree item?”
