“Every time I have come to this establishment I’m always greeted kindly at the door, the atmosphere is definitely nice and relaxing and there are a lot of people usually in there.

Lastly the food is amazing! My go to is the Pepper Steak and onions/peppers, popcorn chicken and white rice. Today 1/31 it was extremely exceptional.

It was dimly lit,brelatively quiet. Server was attentive and gave us our space and asked us to let him know when we wanted him to come around, but he did still check in.
The soup was the best part. The chicken in the chicken Parm was super thin and over cooked and the pasta was nothing to write home about, I would bet Big Boy serves better spaghetti. The calamari was a little over cooked and in ring form, which was a little disappointing. The bread sticks seemed like they were from a package.”

“I went to leos Coney Island in Sterling Heights around 3 AM after a night out, and I have to say—this place has completely turned around. In the past, it felt like it was going downhill, but last night’s visit changed everything.

The cook they have now is incredible. He’s clearly a professional—his plating was on point, the food came out cooked perfectly, and he handled the entire kitchen by himself with ease. No chaos, no yelling—just smooth, quality work. You could tell he takes pride in what he does.

This kind of effort deserves real credit. If this cook stays, this location is going to be amazing. I’ll definitely be back again”

“Ive lived in Sterling Heights my whole life (minus a brief 8 months) and Ive always loved this mcdonalds. Its always had solid food, been clean, and had great service. But tonight was literally 15/10, and hit every mark. Its currently 2:14AM while I write this mind you and all this happened 30 minutes ago lol. I called ahead making sure they had ice cream cuz my gf NEEDED a mcflurry. They said yes until 2AM. I got there, ordered from the drive thru and asked about the new chips ahoy frappe and they said it was good, so I tried it and I agree! Ive always loved this mcdonalds, but tonight employees Michael and Michelle really gave the best service I could have gotten. There was a bunch of little things I appreciated during this interaction as well but this paragraph is already gettin long lol. Moral of the story, Michelle and Michael from night shift made my evening tonight and the food was great too :)

“I go to various Starbucks in the area and up North but the kind and friendly gang at the Starbucks at Kroger on 18 Mile and Dequindre are tops in customer service. Every time I’m there I (and all other customers) are greeted with a smile. They work well together and their camaraderie level is always high. I have witnessed a few times where there is complaining customers, and the Starbucks employees handle up with class trying to resolve whatever the issue is. Most complex I have witness were customer errors and not employee errors, and they still handle all situations very well.”

“Saw the bad reviews and decided to give it a shot. I ordered the Korean BBQ chicken and my husband had a burger. We both got fries and a shake. I do not understand the bad reviews. I had placed a pick up order from Krispy Kreme across the street - I don't know if it was weather related, but the entire place was shut down and the phone just kept ringing. I called this Tim Horton's, told them the situation (I was running late and had a big order), and within 2 minutes I was paid, packed and back in the car on my way. Excellent service!!!!
