“I'm a pretty picky customer and tend to nitpick, admittedly. However, I've been coming here for about 2 yrs now and NOT ONCE did I have anything to complain about except for the fact that they're not open 24/7 lol! The best sushi & sashimi in the country! It's always so fresh and the presentation is beautiful! Their meso & clear soup is superb and their housemade salad dressing is delicious! The hibachi is delicious & very entertaining and interactive. The atmosphere is always great. The service is wonderful and hospitable. The General Manager is exceptional and he has built an exceptional team. I won't go anywhere else when I'm craving Japanese cuisine!”

“I saw this trending in my doordash app for weeks before I finally decided to try it and I'm really glad I did. I ordered from the Grand Blanc location. I got double chicken and rice and it also included jalapenos, onions, peppers and tomatoes, and something called sizzle sauce. It was super tasty and the portions were amazing. I ate on it three different times. But what I really appreciated most was how small all the pieces were .....everything was diced really fine and mixed really well. I got the mild level spice which was spicier than I would have liked but it had fantastic flavor. I just had to chill it out a little bit with some more ranch. Those fresh jalepenos hitting. I'm eager to try some of the other items they have on their menu as they sound super tasty. This will become a staple for me for sure. They have steak and brisket and other items I'm going to try in my bowl next time. They have specialty egg rolls I want to try. Check them out definitely the service was amazing, the quality was great, the portions were great, the price seemed a little high but they're often running deals like buy one get one. A go-to.”

“Our group of 9 had a great night here tonight! The hot pots and bbq were all just great! We had 2 great servers both guys stayed on top of our table and making sure to give us all the tips and tricks. With the price you really can’t beat it. When you order your food is there within 3 minutes no joke! The short ribs were amazing. Spicy hot pot was just the right amount of spice. Plus it included dessert. My new favorite spot!”

The have American Chinese food items too so everyone can enjoy what they like. Food is great, everything we order is on point, except for the dried fish. I think if the stove is hotter and the pan has a higher temperature, the fish and the spices (garlic, chillis) will be less soggy.”

“Chicken Bella and The Proper burger were both amazing. The Ahi Tuna is NOT worth $22, seeing as it's mainly just a cabbage salad, with like 7 pieces of tuna. Although, the dressing on it was great. Margaritas were okay. The host that took our drink order was very blah, wouldn't look at us, smile, asked drinks and walked away. We weren't sure if she was our waitress or not, she set waters down and just walked away, would have been nice to be told that she wasn't our server so we weren't confused. But also, not a huge deal. Server was awesome, super friendly, and quick with service but patient when we asked if we could take our time. They stayed on top of pre-bussing the table, which is always appreciated. Definitely will be back!”

We had Doner and Bosnian sausage- Cevapi! The sausage was nice and juicy and had great flavor- the bread is amazing! It’s served with mayo and roasted red peppers sauce! For the doner they press the bread like a panini which totally enhances the sandwich and the meat and sauce were very tasty, the veggies were all fresh! The owners were very nice and even gave me a free drink - Cockta (haven’t tried it yet). We will definitely go back and might try a Bosnian burger too!”

“Their food was sooo good! I dined in but got food in carry out boxes so I wouldn’t have to pack it after. I didn’t expect Lebanese and Asian to fuse so well together but it did. I was a little overwhelmed when I looked at the menu but they had great service and explained what the menu options were allowing me to make the right choices.

I ordered the Pad Thai with beef and Drunken Noodles with chicken shawarma. They stir fried the veggies for the drunken noodles fresh (they have an open kitchen). The food came out hot and steaming. The drunken noodles were super flavorful with Lebanese spiced chicken, bell pepper veggies, and included a delicious broth. The Pad Thai was tasty too and I was positively surprised how the middle eastern spiced beef paired so well with the noodles.

The restaurant had a cute diner vibe with a unique combo of wall decor to reflect the fusion it was serving. Will have to pho next time! Looked enticing but will have to come back for it.”

When I was considering who to go through for our wedding cake, Mannino's was the obvious choice! I don't have very many photos since we are still waiting to get them back from the photographer. We ordered a small, 1-tier cake just for my husband and I to eat, and 170 cannoli for the rest of our wedding guests. We had half with chocolate chips, and half with nuts. They were a big hit and all of our Italian family members loved them! “I went here with my family and we had a great time. Our poor waitress was clearly running a section too big for her, and said something about being understaffed, but she was still so calm and sweet. She gave us wonderful service, they provided me with a mocktail as I’m still breastfeeding, and the food was very tasty. It was a 108° heat index on the day we came and they had these huge ceiling fans going that quickly cooled us off after coming inside. I will definitely be back, especially on a hot day!”

“I go to various Starbucks in the area and up North but the kind and friendly gang at the Starbucks at Kroger on 18 Mile and Dequindre are tops in customer service. Every time I’m there I (and all other customers) are greeted with a smile. They work well together and their camaraderie level is always high. I have witnessed a few times where there is complaining customers, and the Starbucks employees handle up with class trying to resolve whatever the issue is. Most complex I have witness were customer errors and not employee errors, and they still handle all situations very well.”

Update: since previous sold this & new owner took over food quality, services went down. On July 4 weekend I took my daughter there, that was a mistake. Some of food items had a very bad (expired) smell, chicken wings burnt-out so is squid.
water cups (plastic) was dirty, & when we asked for a cleaner cups we've been told they all like that. So in the end we got a foam cups. Also they start charging credit card fee if u paying w/card.That was my last time eating there. I hope the owner's will address this issues”

Our server, Selena, went above and beyond. She was pleasant, attentive, and had perfect timing when checking in on us. She made sure we had everything we needed, from extra ranch to refills and endless breadsticks, all with a warm and genuine attitude. It’s refreshing to see someone who truly enjoys their job!
