While it lacks Wi-fi, it offers a friendly place to hang out with very good service. The owner is attentive and cares about customers. Customers often visit late in the evening, and staff members like Marwa and Meena go out of their way to provide exceptional service, even opening the shop after hours. The bakery recently added a new menu item called "heaven," which is a mouth-watering, melted chocolatey piece of heaven that is delicious to the last piece. Many customers highly recommend their beautiful promotion cake and their ice cream, especially the Shatila ice cream, which is considered very delicious.
