If I could give it 0 stars I would. We waited in line for 30 minutes during breakfast. The cars were moving maybe every 5 minutes. When I got to the window she told me I needed to wait a minute for biscuits to be finished and she asked we could pull up to the next window to wait. 10 minutes later she brings us our food. I get home to eat with my fiance and daughter and the Sausage cheese biscuit I ordered (and waited 10 mins xtra for) was not the Sausage cheese biscuit I ordered...read full review
I normally wouldn’t review a fast food place because I expect poor service, but there is a reason this one is lower than any other McDonald’s in the area. The people here can’t count and will short you on things you pay extra for, and then the manager will just say they will follow up with the employees to make sure they are double checking orders. Not sure how that solves my current problem… an offer to remake the order would be the right thing to do.
The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious! Kyle is truly a top-tier manager. He’s friendly, professional, and always makes sure customers are taken care of. Great food and great service every time!

McDonald’s receives praise for its fresh, hot, and delicious food. The manager is described as friendly, professional, and always making sure customers are taken care of. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and professional, with an uplifting energy. Customers appreciate the kind and pleasant service from the staff, including the woman who brought food to them. The service time is reasonable, and the restaurant is always clean. The new refreshers always hit the spot. The food is great from breakfast to lunch. One customer visits every morning for breakfast or at lunchtime and has no complaints. Another customer went through the drive-thru on two different occasions and ordered the same thing twice, waiting at most 2 minutes and getting food that was fresh and hot. Customer service from start to finish was amazing. The only issue mentioned was that the coke was missing some flavor, but it wasn’t terrible. Many recommend going here and want to keep coming back.
