Tim Hortons in Sterling Heights

“Whoever was working yesterday morning around 6/6:30 am (woman, dark hair) was a true gem! I had placed a pick up order from Krispy Kreme across the street - I don't know if it was weather related, but the entire place was shut down and the phone just kept ringing. I called this Tim Horton's, told them the situation (I was running late and had a big order), and within 2 minutes I was paid, packed and back in the car on my way. Excellent service!!!! This employee deserves some recognition!“

“The staff here is very kind and always treats you like they are happy to have you as a customer. Yes, the line can be long. I think that is partly just due to the size and design of the parking lot. But, they do a great job of keeping the line moving!“

“Had an absolute train wreck of an experience. Priority was given to online pickups and drive-thru customers. The line to order at the counter was 14 deep at one point. I stood in line for at least 20 minutes before even speaking with an employee. Then I ordered and my order taker disappeared behind the wall. 5 minutes later another employee appeared and asked me what I ordered. I could not believe it. I got my simple order (doughnuts and a coffee) and left. I LOVE Tim Hortons but I will never return to this Tim Hortons again.“

“I read many reviews and was surprised by the negative comments about the service. Based on my experience, I only started liking Tim Hortons coffee because of this place. The service is excellent and fast, and the entire staff is wonderful. I see them working very hard, especially the girl who takes orders at the window. Today, I was eager to know her name, and she said it was Sana. She's truly amazing and always smiling. I personally love this place, and it deserves more than 5 stars.“

“I come here for lunch a couple times a week. I usually get the steak and cheddar panini with an iced mocha latte and I have never been disappointed with my visits to this store! Kudos to the team here! They are always fast and polite and happy to be there.“
