“We have no experience of "real" Korean food; we rely on what is offered by local Great Detroit restaurants but I can say what Chung Ki Wa has to offer is in absolute terms of very good quality, tasteful and satisfying. Plus the fact that the place is crowded by Asian guests, once more means a lot. We chose the well known Korean BBQ although in the menu much more is available. 2 types of meat and all the side small dishes that are usual with the BBQ, plus the dih similar to a big omelette with different vegetables. Everything was very good and tasty, no complains at all.“

“The atmosphere is really nice! I came in with a group of 15 and the server we had was super friendly and accommodating. The food came out quickly as well. I had the broccoli soup and fries for an appetizer and both were amazing!! They have a delicious sauce that comes with the fries as well. For dinner our group purchased a platter and even for 15 of us it was ALOT of food and we had so many leftovers. At the end, the servers were so kind and patient and took photos of our group.“

“I’ve only ever carried out from here, but in my opinion, this is one of the best Chinese restaurants in my area (I live in Royal Oak). Their portions are generous, and the food itself is awesome. One thing I notice with Chinese take-away is that you never know what to expect. You might get all rice/noodles, no meat and veggies, or the opposite. Every time I’ve gone to Trizest I get the perfect proportions of everything. This is now my go-to. I’d recommend to anyone and they deserve the recognition.“

“My husband and I just got married at the end of September. He's Italian and his family comes here for many desserts and pastries. When I was considering who to go through for our wedding cake, Mannino's was the obvious choice! I don't have very many photos since we are still waiting to get them back from the photographer. We ordered a small, 1-tier cake just for my husband and I to eat, and 170 cannoli for the rest of our wedding guests. We had half with chocolate chips, and half with nuts. They were a big hit and all of our Italian family members loved them! Our cake was delicious as well, and Lisa was very accommodating while we tried to figure out what flavor and fillings we wanted.“

“What a great experience! Will definitely be back! Had a taste for Indian tonight and decided to try Red Chillies on a whim. We called in for two orders of butter chicken with rice and garlic naan. When I spoke to the gentleman on the phone, he excitedly assured me that this would be a much different experience than the surrounding Indian restaurants in the area. When we arrived at the restaurant we noticed the accolades on the wall, showing best Indian cuisine in Macomb County for the last 5 years. The host was so polite and friendly, and was eager to know what we thought of the food! We took it home, and the food stayed nice and hot. The butter chicken was full of spice and flavor, with delicious, tender chunks of chicken. The garlic naan was incredible -- super fresh, crispy on the bottom, and not soggy like other restaurants we've tried. All of this at an affordable price too! We're excited to branch out and try something new next time we come, which will hopefully be very soon! 😋🤤“

“I drive past here all the time and have never been in,BUT WOW!!! There burgers are VERY GOOD and the buffet selection of toppings were also awesome(I luv pickles w/burgers) & they were rite there:) ..then there's a bakery inside too where you can see the ovens cooking there buns fresh as well as purchase cookies and other such goodies! I was impressed & will be back to buy more buns as well as stop when I'm passing by! OH yeah,there fried potatoes as a side also tasted nicely seasoned and were better then fries.hope this helps;)

Vegetarian options: They had posted rite at the front register for a vegetarian option but I went in there for huge BEEF 🍔!! but they have veggie options.

“This place has some good menu options and the cooks are willing to customize orders. The gulf port sandwich with cajun mayo is fantastic. So are the salads, good healthy, delicious, and filling bang for buck with those.

Chicken wings and Chicken quesadea are also fantastic here. And although on the more expensive side, the jamablaya is the genuine article and is hard to top.

The tables are cleaned regularly and the waittresses are both pretty and attentive.“

“Absolutely, hands down, the best Mediterranean restaurant around! It's one of my all time favorites. I am NEVER disappointed. Today I ordered the tabouli with Chicken and a kabob Skewer. The chicken was so moist and juicy, tabouli is always spot on. The Kabob skewer... meat cooked perfectly and so tender and juicy. The vegetables were so tasty with the perfect amount of char. I'm blown away each time I order from here. Also, the staff are top notch. They are so kind and welcoming and you can tell they cook with love. Need I say more?
