“I'm a pretty picky customer and tend to nitpick, admittedly. However, I've been coming here for about 2 yrs now and NOT ONCE did I have anything to complain about except for the fact that they're not open 24/7 lol! The best sushi & sashimi in the country! It's always so fresh and the presentation is beautiful! Their meso & clear soup is superb and their housemade salad dressing is delicious! The hibachi is delicious & very entertaining and interactive. The atmosphere is always great. The service is wonderful and hospitable. The General Manager is exceptional and he has built an exceptional team. I won't go anywhere else when I'm craving Japanese cuisine!“

“Chicken Bella and The Proper burger were both amazing. The Ahi Tuna is NOT worth $22, seeing as it's mainly just a cabbage salad, with like 7 pieces of tuna. Although, the dressing on it was great. Margaritas were okay. The host that took our drink order was very blah, wouldn't look at us, smile, asked drinks and walked away. We weren't sure if she was our waitress or not, she set waters down and just walked away, would have been nice to be told that she wasn't our server so we weren't confused. But also, not a huge deal. Server was awesome, super friendly, and quick with service but patient when we asked if we could take our time. They stayed on top of pre-bussing the table, which is always appreciated. Definitely will be back!“

“I drive past here all the time and have never been in,BUT WOW!!! There burgers are VERY GOOD and the buffet selection of toppings were also awesome(I luv pickles w/burgers) & they were rite there:) ..then there's a bakery inside too where you can see the ovens cooking there buns fresh as well as purchase cookies and other such goodies! I was impressed & will be back to buy more buns as well as stop when I'm passing by! OH yeah,there fried potatoes as a side also tasted nicely seasoned and were better then fries.hope this helps;)

Vegetarian options: They had posted rite at the front register for a vegetarian option but I went in there for huge BEEF 🍔!! but they have veggie options.

We drove all the way from Toronto to visit, and Ahmad truly went above and beyond to take care of us. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and ensured everything was perfect. “We were there on a Saturday night, party of 13, I did reserve table and waiter, who has served us before, Nick O., both the food and Nick were great. Though we had two tables, close together, we were treated so good, from the drinks to dessert it was great. Nick kept our drinks full, our appetizers were spot on, my grandson loved the calamari, first time trying it, our entrees were so good, a variety was tried by all, from chicken, pasta, steak, pork chops. “So thai food is one of my favs!! I’ve never eaten at Amy’s but I was working in the area. I ordered C4 Gang Pak (Red Curry) and let me let you know it did not disappoint., the portion was perfect the veg was fresh and crisp, and there was plenty of protein in my portion. Now let’s talk about the flavor! WOW!! From the first to the last bite it was filled with flavor, I got medium Spice it was good, but I like it spicy so I’ll probably get hot next time. I usually don’t finish. I will save it for later but once I started, I just could not stop. I actually called the restaurant and talked to the owners daughter and let her know how amazing their food was and how much I appreciate them. If you guys are in the area, you should definitely stop in. You won’t regret it.“

When I was considering who to go through for our wedding cake, Mannino's was the obvious choice! I don't have very many photos since we are still waiting to get them back from the photographer. We ordered a small, 1-tier cake just for my husband and I to eat, and 170 cannoli for the rest of our wedding guests. We had half with chocolate chips, and half with nuts. They were a big hit and all of our Italian family members loved them! Our cake was delicious as well, and Lisa was very accommodating while we tried to figure out what flavor and fillings we wanted.“

“What a great experience! Will definitely be back! Had a taste for Indian tonight and decided to try Red Chillies on a whim. We called in for two orders of butter chicken with rice and garlic naan. When I spoke to the gentleman on the phone, he excitedly assured me that this would be a much different experience than the surrounding Indian restaurants in the area. When we arrived at the restaurant we noticed the accolades on the wall, showing best Indian cuisine in Macomb County for the last 5 years. The host was so polite and friendly, and was eager to know what we thought of the food! We took it home, and the food stayed nice and hot. The butter chicken was full of spice and flavor, with delicious, tender chunks of chicken. The garlic naan was incredible -- super fresh, crispy on the bottom, and not soggy like other restaurants we've tried. All of this at an affordable price too! We're excited to branch out and try something new next time we come, which will hopefully be very soon! 😋🤤“

I think if the stove is hotter and the pan has a higher temperature, the fish and the spices (garlic, chillis) will be less soggy.“

“I really enjoy the Mug Pub. Almost all of their dishes are great, but since they reopened after the fire, the portion sizes have noticeably shrunk. It could be a combination of factors like COVID and inflation, but it’s definitely something to note. They have a new dish called the hamburger steak, which is excellent—just watch out for the onions! I’m also a big fan of their wings. The drinks and atmosphere are very nice, and they have a lovely outdoor patio. It’s a great neighborhood bar with a decent menu, and the drinks are solid as well. The staff has always been nice and pleasant. There are tons of TVs for watching games, etc. For what it is, the food is generally above average, though a bit pricey for what you get. That said, I’d still recommend it.“
