The customer service from the girl with bleached white hair was awful. I don’t know if she was new or just stupid. I asked for double steak and she gave me half the scoop. When I corrected her on that she starting spitting some nonsense on how they are supposed to do it. Every subway location I’ve ever went to put full scoops when you asked for double. Same thing with the cheese. My order was a 12 inch, so it had to be 2 scoops of cheese instead of one. She got really annoyed...read full review
me and my husband got subs there today and the girl putting on toppings was huffy and mad. (not sure why) then she didn’t even fold our subs all the way, she just wrapped them so when we went to open it all of toppings and meat fell out on our floor. won’t be going back here again ever, just not worth the money.
