My 7-yr old nephew Max and I went in to pick-up food for our family and the owner was absolutely amazing. We had just got our power back and it wasnt a great day --- he changed that with his attitude and friendliness. My nephew talked about him all night! When does this happen. The food was amazing. “Second time coming to this location, I plan to make it a weekly spot when I visit the area. My server Sheila was kind and the food was delicious. I had the turkey burger with aioli sauce and sweet potato fries, Sheila gave me honey mustard sauce to try with them and OMG!!! I NEVER KNEW🤣🤣🤣. I hope she's there every time we go, my boys enjoyed it as well and it did not take forever for our food to come. It's a nice place to eat good with your family and friends.“

“I usually LOVE this place. But the food has been very inconsistent lately at the Troy, MI location. I get the same thing every week. And every week it’s a little different. I get the mixed platter. Last week there was no sauce, and I always order extra on the side, but the little cup was only half full. So, no sauce on the platter, and barely any on the side. This week there were more onions than gyro/chicken. Barely any meat; very meager portion. And still, side of sauce only half full. Super disappointed. I’ll give them one more chance, then I’ll have to stop giving them my business.“

“I came in today for the first time and decided to try the Hey Phil with a side of fries, BB-style, while my coworker got the Double Cheeseburger with chili cheese fries. Everything was absolutely delicious! Honestly, probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in the area. 🍔🍟

The atmosphere was really nice, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. While we were there, a customer came in and started complaining loudly about the prices and the fact that they didn’t offer combos—before he had even ordered. It was pretty clear he was already upset and seemed like the kind of person who probably wouldn’t have been satisfied no matter what. I was especially impressed with how professionally and calmly the staff handled the situation. They remained respectful and continued providing great customer service.

Alhumdulillah....thanks God that its there we can fill our tummies with the tastiest burger in town. “Saw a video about how good Five Guys burgers so decided to try it out. At first I was hesitant because of the price but you get what you pay for in flavor, juiciness, and customer service. Went with my girlfriend and we decided to share fries and a drink. They gave us two cups to split the fries into and when I forgot about my drink and went up to get it and pay the guy at the register said it was on the house, that really made my day and is making want to come again soon!“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“The people doing the drive thru orders were as friendly and social as possible. Even struck a little conversation with that at 11:30 at night coming home from a concert! Also, I asked a place to get gas with it being 11:30 at night. And the guy pointed me to the right direction. I hope corporate knows to give the staff a raise! Excellent customer service. You NEVER get that nowadays! I will definitely make a half hour drive just to go to this wendys. The staff here are great!!!“
