“A bit of a hidden gem in the lobby of the Westin at DTW. The food and service were both great, and the menu has a wide variety of meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan choices. The large, tranquil water feature and high ceiling make for a very nice setting.“

“The Eagle Tavern is something special I feel . It definitely takes you back to a simpler time .. where the menu will consist of food that’s in season and readily available from the area. I.E roast pork (which I got and was amazing ) Fish , roasted chicken various root vegetables and nice homemade breads and desserts. Staff is dressed to period which dates around the 1850’s or so and are very welcoming and accommodating. You sit at tables with other families like a big dining hall. Though you can get a table for yourselves if you have a big enough party . We just had three in ours so we were sat with another party of three and it was nice to meet and eat with other people and hear their stories . They do have a kids menu it is limited though !! Chicken fingers , PB&J and Mac and cheese. My son got chicken fingers and it came with orange slice’s and roasted potato wedges. Overall we had a great experience and the atmosphere sights and sounds does kinda take you back to a simpler slower time which I enjoyed . Must visit if you plan on a trip to greenfield village . Expect to wait around a half hour or so. Not sure if that’s the average but it was pretty busy the day we went . Definitely will be going back if we go back to greenfield village.“

“I frequently visit Greenback’s Pub in Wyandotte. The food is excellent, made from scratch, and comes from family recipes that keep you coming back for more. Mark is an amazing person and always tries to do whatever he can to make everyone feel welcome. If you’re in the area stop in, say hi, and support a local business that truly appreciates your business. You won’t regret it.“

“Biergarten is one of our favorite local places! This year they saved my fiancé’s 30th birthday when another local bar could no longer accommodate us last minute. I called the day before in a panic and the owner called her workers to come in a little early, helped me coordinate everything with food, and just went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Great people. Great place.“

“This is a nice little neighborhood bar. While they do not serve any food, there is a good atmosphere and very reasonable drink prices.The place is definitely different than when I visited about 7 years ago. It's remodeled and much more modern. They don't seem to really "look the other way" on smoking anymore.Our waitress, Crystal (or Krystal), was very friendly and attentive as well. She wasted no time getting our drinks, but also talked with us and didn't seem like she was in a big rush.I liked the atmosphere of this place too. It's clean, the music is chill, and while there is seating at the bar, the other seating kind of reminds me of a little lounge.Overall, I enjoyed the experience at this place. And it was a much different experience than what it was years ago when I visited.“

“I met up with my family at On the Rocks for Tuesday $1.00 burger night and the food was very good. They have awesome fried rice there too. Everyone in our party really enjoyed the food. The staff was great. They genuinely cared about the service they were delivering. We will definitely be going back there again!“

“Husband and I drove to Full Moon bar and grill for a beverage and sandwich for dinner, it is 10 min away from our house. Very conveniently located with ample parking. We were cheerfully greeted by a young woman who would also be our waitress, she told us the specials for the day and took our drink order. Husband ordered the Reuben and I had the Steak and cheese sub with fries. Restaurant is very clean and organized and has lots of cool sports memorabilia, nice bar with stools, 5 TV screens, high top tables and several large tables for groups and families. Our food came in a timely fashion piping hot, good size portions and reasonable prices. We both enjoyed our dinner choices and Hub washed his down with 2 IPA beers on tap, yum! “Clean, welcoming and cold beer. You could call it a hole in the wall, but it's more than that when you step inside. Your welcomed by everyone in the bar and you'll definitely feel at home after just a few minutes...few places like this place.“

“I like to go here for brunch on Sundays. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. They have a large selection of food covering everything from your traditional breakfast to high end brunch items. The staff is friendly and service quick. LaShay (sp?) is especially awesome at making you feel at home and service. TVs surround the restaurant so you can catch up on last night's action and look forward to today's games. Prices are fair as well. Simply a great spot Downriver.“

“Great place to drink. Though there is no food, Captains and other bars nearby have a good variety of food. The prices on drinks are quite reasonable, especially during happy hour.One thing to keep in mind is that there is not a lot of space and the restrooms are not too convenient.Overall, this place has great prices on drinks and may be a decent place to go to before heading to a nearby bar with food.“

“The pizza is good. Solid 4. I'm a pizza snob so I'm a hard sell. To get a 4 from me is quite the achievement. The drinks on the other hand, not great. I ordered a vodka/cran. All i could taste was Cranberry juice. I stirred it up thinking maybe it just didn't mix... no, there's no vodka in there. I flagged the girl back to tell her there had been a mix up and she insisted she had in fact put vodka in the glass but very kindly offered to bring me another shot. Even if this added shot it hardly tasted like there was anything other than Cranberry juice in that glass. Idk what kind of vodka they are using, but i definitely don't recommend it. Needless to say i didn't order a 2nd one. But was service was good. Over all, 4 stars.“

“Been coming here since I was 21 with a 10yeqr gap in my mid 20’s to mid 30’s. Even when they’re packed we have good service. TV’s everywhere so every seat has a good view of whatever game is on. And they have touch tones so you control the music when there isn’t a game. Pleasant and attentive staff. Great beer selection and it’s always fresh. Just wish there were a few more healthy food selections. Even so everything is tasty. Chili is definitely some of the best restaurant chili available and in the fall they have rotating soups.“

“A very popular neighborhood bar with good food. Their Friday fish fry, offered year round, makes this a very crowded place on Friday.

July 2024 Update:
Came for the perch and Prush's did not disappoint. We split the one and a half plate and still took food home. My wife had the chicken dumpling soup and it was special.“

“I’ve been here on multiple different occasions.Only had one Soso experience, and it was with a new server who was fired the same night we were there, besides that every experience has been great.The food is always amazing, extremely fresh and delicious.The service has always been great, very attentive waitresses, even when they are swamped.Definitely recommend this small locally owned business.“
