“This visit was a totally different vibe I ordered the sliders and they were way too done. The patties were too thin if you want to cook them like that then don't make them like paper thin make them thicker. I always forget to take pictures of my meals so I can share with you guys. But they still are the best restaurant around for breakfast in Downriver area so don't let this discourage you from going to check out Secret Recipes because they still are the Bomb .“

“Definitely check out The Taco Stand Taqueria -Taylor, the next time you're hungry! All their food is delicious and authentic! Try the Steak tacos and Guacamole! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! You will definitely go back again!“

“Al n wife Dona in the house today, got Marc on the flattop. New menu looks fantastic, prices went up a little. The cost of Eggs Bread and Meats have tripled in price, so they have to survive. Still lowest prices Downriver just stop complaining, if you shop at a grocery store you might know this. Had fantastic Greek Chicken Feta Fries, Chili Special and Gyro with Salad. Fast friendly delicious food 😋 always for many decades. Hot New Greek Breakfast plate 😋 WOWED Thanks Al for this fantastic creation. Gyro Meat, Eggs topped with Feta Cheese 😋, Greens topped with Feta Cheese n Warm Pita Bread a instant addiction. Totally Wowed going back for another soon 😀. She had a Double Kielbasa Breakfast plate and Delicious Beef Barley Soup cooked low n slow for about three hours for maximum flavor OMG. Two of the very best cooks Downriver Al & Mark so friendly to all the customers. “I recommend the chicken, ribs, yams and Mac…. Even the koolaid was freaking amazing! I’m a very indecisive person and when I walked in, I couldn’t choose, so I just ordered everything I knew I’d eventually eat. One rib dinner is def enough for two meals. The wing dings were amazing too! And it travels well. Lord knows that delivery man was very easy on the eyes! Fast, fresh, friendly, SEASONED, authentic food for the soul! Perfect way to end a spa day!“

He was kind enough to chat with me while I ate my meal. He explained that the new owners brought Ray back so they can master his families recipes. “Mancinos is a cool place, pizzeria vibes and good food. Prices are kinda high, maybe a tad above the value but the food really is quite decent for the type of food you're getting. Service has always been this places Achilles heel, absolutely no order I've made has come out 100% correct, they always fix it but generally offer nothing for the inconvenience, not an issue for me specifically but worth noting.“
