“Sunset Ridge BBQ Today I had the brisket platter, and it was solid. The fat on the brisket was rendered beautifully—sweet, with just the right amount of sear for that perfect touch of crisp. The main portion of the meat fell apart effortlessly, and the overall presentation of the platter looked great. Big ol piece of cornbread and you’ve absolutely nailed the mac and cheese—spot on. Same goes for the creamy mashed potatoes—just excellent. I really enjoyed the sweet peach BBQ sauce; it’s got a nice, mellow sweetness that works perfectly. If y’all are looking for a great barbecue place in town, look no further this place is a Definite A rating in my book.“

“We had Danley’s Country house cater our mother’s celebration of life. We couldn’t have been happier. Everything was excellent. We had fried chicken, pulled pork, mashed potatoes and gravy, potato wedges, green beans, corn, a vegetable tray, and a fruit tray. Pricing was great.
