“My family and I visited and ate inside after a field trip. The service at the counter with Coop was great. There was a minor order error but the team corrected the error in a timely manner, apologized and also gave a free cookie. Not a big deal at all! Also, Matt came by and was very friendly, checking on us and offering to refill drinks and provided great customer service. Coop also came over and asked us for refills and provided more customer service. Great experience overall and will be back many more times!“

“We were passing through from NC to MI. On 6/5. Never been and decided to come in and eat. Food and staff were great. Ending up leaving my purse on the back of a chair and didn’t notice until we got to Michigan. The manager( not sure of her name) took care of it immediately and put it back in a safe. Everything was intact and I cannot be more thankful for her. Losing a wallet is one thing but especially in another state is nerve wracking. Thank you for great food and especially great service even after we left the restaurant. I will never forget your kindness, and integrity.“

“Let me tell you something.... I got out to eat often, and none of these high dollar restaurants come close to matching the energy, happiness and delight that the staff had here today. Its Chick Fil A, the foods always good... but this was one of my first times ever eating inside of one, and the service I received was impeccable. Young man walked around and refilled our drinks, took care of trash trays, young lady at register was super super friendly. All around, impeccable experience. Keep it up!“

“The food was hot fresh and amazing! The young man who served us was so wonderful. I can’t remember his name but he was a scholarship winner from chick-fil-a. He was very kind, and asked how we were doing which was very thoughtful as our baby was in the hospital at the time. We would definitely go here over the other location in town.“

“The commercial shows a cup of sauce but they give u a small one. Bread is okay toasted pretty perfect. Don't like how u only have two sides fries and coleslaw. Also didn't like how the only sauce is theirs and ketchup or hot sauce. Chicken was pretty good. But charging 40 cents for more sauce is a little absurd. I will say better than church's but not as good as Lee's.“

They have good tasting food with excellent customer service and this location continued the trend of never having a bad experience when it comes to Chick-fil-A. The food was great, staff was friendly and attentive. I was catching up with a friend and there was no pressure to hurry.“
