“Kelcie helped me and my friend even after they were closed and cleaning up. She took our order and was SUPER nice-- They even let me order a shake! ?Going above and beyond just for us, these people are so incredible. The staff deserve raises for all they do and the little kindnesses really go a long way. Thank you Kelcie and the team at Chic-fil-a EMU! You guys ROCK! ♡“

“I haven't ate KFC in many years. as we all know social media can either make you or break you. “Outstanding meal by Chick-fil-A! One of the workers, Cynthia, was all over the place with a smile. She stop by to my mom and me at the table. She asked if you drink your tea, come up and find me and refill on the go. How sweet! It's crazy number of people there at 2:30 pm.“

“I went today to pick up dinner and the staff working inside were friendly and courteous. Smiling faces, happy to help. They got me my food quickly. The staff seemed to get a long well. I love it. The only complaint...the owner should really invest in a new speaker system and headsets for the associates.Because it's very hard for them to hear me.And me to hear them.“

“Shout out to the employees that were working last night around 8pm. I’m a delivery driver & they were slammed…drive thru lined up out to Washtenaw. The employees kept their cool despite this & were professional & polite 👏👍😁“
