The staff working the seating area are wonderful! The staff at the counter is another story. Chaos, no sense of commitment to service. I have been 6 times and of those 6 visits only 2 orders have been correct. The service is extremely slow and disorganized. Yesterday the line was long and the staff was more interested in having a conversation with a friend than taking orders! It was so busy they had a third order person using an iPad. This location shouldn’t even be considered a Chickfila
I had a horrible service experience at this location. After 25 minutes sitting in the curbside spot, I went inside to ask when my food would be done. The staff figured out they had given my food away to someone else. This took them 10 minutes to figure out. They had me stay to remake the food. Another 20 minutes later, still no food, and they brought no food to me. I said I couldn't wait any longer and I needed to go.
