“Best chicken and waffles in Ann Arbor! Just moved here from down South, and I've been searching everywhere for a good chicken and waffles. This place nails it. I'm not too big on spice, so I went with the mild tenders. It was amazing, seasoned really well. I was even surprised with an extra tender in my meal! Waffles are thick and freshly made. My only complaint was the music volume. They were BLASTING these oldie bops, which was awesome, but a little hard on my ears lol. I'll definitely be returning for the food!“

“From the moment we walked in to the moment we left for our car, we had a fantastic first experience at Sam Hill! Despite a possible 20 minute wait due to not having reservations during a Sunday lunch hour, we were seated rather quickly. Additionally the host checked to make sure we’re ok with a booth seating 6 of of (their booths are quite roomy and with an 8 & 13 year old with 4 adults there was plenty of room). There was only one hiccup with the food: they had sold out to the dish I ordered (apparently the jambalaya is popular), and the waitress didn’t find out until our food was almost ready. They made it right though by comping my food and were attentive to our satisfaction overall. Love the outdoor rec area as well and we plan to go back when the weather is nicer to take advantage of that feature.“

She took our order and was SUPER nice-- They even let me order a shake! ?Going above and beyond just for us, these people are so incredible. “I haven't ate KFC in many years. as we all know social media can either make you or break you. I came across a Facebook post and just because of the excellent professional responses, I would consider this location. keep up the great work and I'll come visit soon just because of great customer service satisfaction via social media“

“I do like this KFC, but they never answer their phone. My order today was missing chicken. A couple times last month, my order didn't come with the large fries I ordered. It's very frustrating.“
