“I haven't ate KFC in many years. as we all know social media can either make you or break you. I came across a Facebook post and just because of the excellent professional responses, I would consider this location. keep up the great work and I'll come visit soon just because of great customer service satisfaction via social media“

“I do like this KFC, but they never answer their phone. My order today was missing chicken. A couple times last month, my order didn't come with the large fries I ordered. It's very frustrating.“
