“Drive-thru is what I perfer every Thursday Sunday for my husband breakfast. The Drive-thru lady she is always professional, has a great smile,she always has friendly demeanor,her nails are clean,shes organized working the window, uniform clean,professional, relates to customer and acknowledges and is aware of reoccurring customers and recognizes them and their order, we need receipts she always prompt with knowing amd giving it to us and not having to ask her or remind her. Makes us go back every time. Thank you for all your hard work!“
“I ordered the same thing I always ordered and normally I get correctly on the app. But today I ordered my normal drink, a salted caramel cold brew with no ice, and my husband was nice and picked it up for me. Except this time, which was my birthday drink btw, there was ice in the drink. I doubled checked the sticker and it shows no ice. Needless to say today I am disappointed.
Like I said in the past you guys do a good job so I’m very sad by this“

“I just had a really great experience at the Adrian location. The barista helped me pick a drink and made it decaf for me since I had to have a small break up with coffee - I grabbed some overnight oats and headed to my office - it was perfect! Love that they are so close - perfect for downtown Adrian.“

“Great service and warm ambiance with welcoming smiles. Tasty hot lattes and delicious fresh ingredients hot bagels with egg, arugula and cheese. Yummy! They also have ceramic mugs with lockers that you can purchase. Several merchandise to purchase from like shirts and honey and mugs. There is a very comfortable setting of seats and tables and the front of the establishment is white and modern. Glad we came here!“

Trish & the staff take great care of their customers.
We have gone here since the kids were little & the youngest is 27.
They have a pizza place in there as well.

“I really enjoy Starbucks coffee, their seasonal flavors are always interesting and tasty. What sets this one apart from the others in the franchise is the location and interior. I really enjoyed writing in the corner while sipping on my caramel frap. The place is brightly lit and very comfortable. I can't wait for future visits!“

“Wonderful experience!! I wanted special cookies for a wedding shower and Sheila came up with the perfect treat!! Her melt in your mouth shortbread cookies dipped in chocolate. The guests at the shower were wowed!!! Thank you so much for your creativity and expertise!!“

“The drive thru is kind of jacked. You have to pull so far forward on the inside lane once your done ordering you can barely get up to the car behind you can't even pull up to the speaker until both lines move. It's placement could have been farther back like 10 feet. Also if you have to wait and pull into a spot that's numbered you definitely want one or 2. The other ones are kind of dangerous to back out of seeing people like to speed through the parking lot.
Parking: This location is particularly busy because of its placement geographically. It's near tons of shopping so it's a big lunch, breakfast and dinner destination. Usually very busy but still enough parking.“
