The Drive-thru lady she is always professional, has a great smile,she always has friendly demeanor,her nails are clean,shes organized working the window, uniform clean,professional, relates to customer and acknowledges and is aware of reoccurring customers and recognizes them and their order, we need receipts she always prompt with knowing amd giving it to us and not having to ask her or remind her. “Great service and warm ambiance with welcoming smiles. Tasty hot lattes and delicious fresh ingredients hot bagels with egg, arugula and cheese. Yummy! They also have ceramic mugs with lockers that you can purchase. Several merchandise to purchase from like shirts and honey and mugs. There is a very comfortable setting of seats and tables and the front of the establishment is white and modern. Glad we came here!“
