If the post theyre open 7am to 3pm and I walk in this place at2:59pm I get to sit down and eat! I've NEVER EVER heard them say,"well the kitchen is already closed and we close at 3pm. Try that at any other restaurant in town and see what happens“

“Jen took excellent care of us. The food is exceptionally stick to your ribs. 4 Egg omelette, pumpkin pancakes that are as big as your head! Fluffy and tender! Clearly MaMa’s knows how to feed you. Prices are extremely reasonable and when you have to waddle out, you know you’ve had a great experience!“

“We had a birthday party here with about 30 people. Kim was so helpful and kind with the planning process. On the actually night, all our guests had delicious meals with fast service. Our waitresses were efficient and friendly the whole time. All the food is amazing. I've never had a bad meal here. This has become one of my favorite places to eat downtown. Go visit them, you won't be sorry! Fantastic food!“

“We went to Shorty's after having issues at another restaurant. Shorty's really took care of us, both in terms of service and food quality. I had a half rack of ribs, and they were quite tasty without needing additional sauce. My wife had a pork stuffed potato, and it was quite satisfying, as well. It had the right balance of potato to toppings. We've been to Shorty's a few times now, and they have always done a good job.“

“Danny and Ruben are phenomenal! Awesome customer service, my food is always right and tastes great, friendly and always makes sure I have everything needed like plastic ware, napkins and condiments. They also always make sure the food is plated correctly for no spills or mess. I get my breakfast and sometimes lunch at the drive thru. “My parents and I recently was coming back from Ann arbor VA hospital, and we stopped here to eat. My mom had the chicken chunks and a side salad. Parmesan flavored chunks they were amazing!!! My dad had a burrito it was the size of his plate it was amazing too! And I had a chef salad, and guess what? That's right! It was the best food I have ever eaten at a restaurant before. I'm not even kidding our waitress was wonderful, are we had a great time, and we enjoyed the food! and plan on stopping back.“

“Rating is actually 4.8. My husband and I had lunch there today, he ordered fish and chips and I ordered a Reuben sandwich. The fish and chips were good but the meat in my Reuben was tough and gristly. My husband asked for the manager and he, himself, re-made the sandwich and it was perfect. It was the most tender corned beef ever. I think they have the best Reuben in the Toledo area.“

“Food is solid.. good portions and definitely worth it, though not the tastiest I’ve ever had. Mondays are my favorite with the dollar wings deal, and I’ve never had a bad experience with the service here. The staff is always friendly and on point.

The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is the atmosphere at the bar. I’m a bar girly, love to sit and eat/drink there, but smoking is allowed right at the bar. Nothing kills a tasty burger or plate of wings faster than a cloud of cigarette smoke drifting your way. I really wish they’d limit smoking, especially since food is such a big part of their draw, or at least push it back to after a certain time.

That said, I’ve always had a good time here and met friendly people, so I’ll definitely keep coming back and just *hope* no one is smoking at the bar lol“

“I drove up on 7/9/25 at 8:30pm and was able to quickly get through the drive thru. I got told my tots would be super hot so be careful, they all were so sweet and kind and made my burger and sundae to perfection!! The tots were hot and crispy and everything was just awesome!!!! I normally don't do this unless I'm upset about something but I had to say that crew is the BOMB!! they need a raise! 👌😉“

“I had all but given up on going to burger king, their food has been sloppy and bad for the better part of a decade, but this franchise has me rethinking my position. The food was well put together and tasted freshly made. The staff were friendly, fast and accurate. The facility is clean and well maintained.“

“Good first time visit. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was really nice inside and had more of a restaurant vibe instead of a Bar so that was really nice. French Dip had a really good flavor and the BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger was cooked perfectly and was still juicy even though i said well done. The bun on the bugets and french dip held together nicely. Ribs where really flavorful and tender pulled the rib meet off with a fork. Pretzel bites and the deep fried cheese chunks where surprisingly good as where the nachos. Only complaint is the chicken we got was very dry and salad had only lettuce in it but besides it was a really nice first visit. Almost forgot get the homemade chips over the fries they are really tasty.“

“It was a stormy night in Toledo, OH, and i was coming into one of the toughest assignments the bureau have ever handed down, a pretty lady. The brass had been pretty strict on this, take her to the greatest bar in the greatest town ever. She said "Toledo?" inquisitively. That's right lady, mfing Toledo. I strolled in early to scope out the joint. It was classy, but not too classy. After all, im just a rough n tumble agent, on the edge with a five oclock shadow. I needed something strong, that makes me feel manly, so ordered up 2 Gummy Bear shots and a Corona to appear more masculine. In walks the target. She's bold and beautiful. Will i complete this assignment?? Can i really give her Ye Olde Cock and Ye Olde Bull Experience?? Will the Walleyes win the Caulder Cup?!?!?! So many questions ran through my pretty little agent brain. Then, all of a sudden, i lock eyes with Dani the bartender. She looks at me over her oddly shaped and colorful glasses and conveys the thought that was the epitome of fear deep in my guts. The girl is KGB and has been sent to end this haphazard agent's existence. Before i could say "The Best Burger in Toledo", Dani swept all the glasses in front of us to the side with one leg, while unsheathing the pair of nunchucks she had hidden. With the speed of Michelangelo eating pizza, she dethroned the Spy off her barstool and drug her out by her Soviet hair, all while asking the patrons on the way to the door if they needed more drinks. She gets her do the door and does a roundhouse Patrick Swayze would envy, sending her into Right Field of the Toledo Mudhens Ball Park. She turns back to the bar, weapon in hand and says: "We like to 'chuck' around here at Ye Olde Cock N' Bull" Don't forget to try the French Fries!“

This time it was beautiful! The bathroom was clean, the restaurant area it was unbelievable how clean this place was. “I order weekly from them from Door Dash. This week the order was wrong. I got a chicken schwarma sandwhich, fries, and diet coke. I recieved a beef schwarma sandwhich, fries, and no drink. I called them and the lady was very friendly. She was very apologetic and no questions asked made it correct.

The food are large portions and the prices are cheaper than other meditteranean places in the area. The food is tastes great. Customer services is a 10/10.

“Hands down, my favorite restaurant ever. You just can't go wrong with a Big Boy, with tarter sauce on it, and a side of crispy fries. I have ordered the same thing every time since I was a kid. If I see a Big Boy while out doing things, I make it a point to stop in for a bite. They never disappoint. The service is always fast and friendly, and the prices are right!

“Never had a daily double before. Wow, great hamburger (pro eater here). Mayo, fresh tomatoes and 2 patties. Basically a mcdouble, but with mayo and tomato. Better than QP all day. Cheaper also. Downside? Who ordered the chairs and booths?? Most uncomfortable seats of all time. Staff was very nice“
