“A few years ago I won a gift card to Piada Italian Street Food. Honestly, I had never even heard of the place until I won the gift card! I finally remembered to use it while I was in Toledo. I ordered online, and my food was ready when I arrived, which made pickup quick and easy.

Since it was my first visit, I also got a free Parmesan Piada Stick, which was a nice bonus! I ordered a Classic Caesar Salad with Chicken Fritte and the Marinara Pasta with rigatoni noodles.

The Caesar salad was fresh and delicious, and the Chicken Fritte was a great addition. The marinara pasta had good flavor, although a few of the rigatoni noodles were a little undercooked. Overall, it was a good first experience, and I'd definitely stop back to try more of the menu! Oh, and I can't forget the Summer Fresca drink. It was refreshing and a perfect addition to the meal!“

“Eclectic decor in a super cool old building that was the first building in Downtown Toledo to be wired for electricity! Wow we sent our compliments to the chef, everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. They have won awards for their original cocktails and the bartender did not disappoint. Excellent waitress who deserved every penny of her tip. We will be back!“

They have good tasting food with excellent customer service and this location continued the trend of never having a bad experience when it comes to Chick-fil-A. “We came here for dinner and there were 7 of us. Hostess told us there was not a table available so they put us on a list. Than she told us we had to wait in our car. My grandchildren were busy playing on the game machines so I asked her if we could just hang out by the games and she was very rude to me and said we were in the way. So we had to take the small children outside and wait. So than we kept seeing people coming in with the same amount of people being seated before us. Finally when we were seated the waitress took our order and we literally waited for an hour and a half for our food. The waitress got an attitude with us when we asked about our order instead of apologizing to us. I probably would of understood if the place was busy but by the time we sat down all the tables around us were empty. I felt very disrespected and felt like the hostess and the waitress were very rude . Also the food was terrible. I will never go to this place ever again. Terrible customer service“

Best breakfast view in all of toledo with the sunrise being visible and seeing the dining room fill up with sunshine if you come early enough.
The morning crew (Carrie, Jessica, and Juliana) does a great job exceeding standards and the cooks (David and Ryan) are even better.
I would recommend the Brioche French toast and steak and eggs to split with another for a good balance between sweet and savory ✌“

Call in you order, there is no advantage of being there in person unless you consider bum fights an advantage. No pictures of the dishes or any explanations given. It felt as though I was expected to know my order before I walked through the door. The service is quick, not fast, the food is authentic and delicious.“
