“Over a month ago, I wrote a review that was less than desirable. A restaurant my family, work family and myself frequented weekly, often times multiple times a week, had gone down hill significantly after the loss of the general manager. We had several disappointing experiences after he left and after the last one of which we left after 25 min and hadn’t had our order taken yet, I blew my lid and instead of speaking with the owner/manager after calming down after that disappointing experience, I did what we so often do when we are upset… I ran to Google reviews. That is very unlike me, I try to only write positive reviews and handle disappointment /conflict privately but I was HANGRY, tired and was getting ready to leave the country for 8 days and figuring out dinner was not something I wanted to do, so along with being stressed over everything I had to get done, I lashed out and I took it out on CHOMP, unfairly. Yes, they went thru a period of adjustment after losing their manger without notice, but I am very happy to say I gave them another chance today and the food and service was back to above par. Our once loved restaurant is back to its old self. Thank you for being so kind today, the food was great and the service was outstanding. Please accept my sincere apologies for lashing out unfairly. We will be back soon.“

“I had never been into doll n burgers before but had seen it multiple times. On Friday 12/1 around 10 am I was in an accident down the street from doll n burgers. I had walked to gas station after my car was totaled to get out of the rain and stand under the awning. Cali came out and offered me a warm place to sit until I could get a ride. She gave me hot chocolate and a few bandaids. Wish there were more people in the world like Cali so kind and willing to help. I would wish I could thank her again. She kept checking on me and was so kind and understanding. Never told me I had to leave or anything“

“Recently picked up breakfast for my wife and son at this location. I was greeted by Brittany (not sure of spelling), who was an exceptional employee. I was blown away with how she went out of the way to reorganize my order so that I saved money and how she was super friendly at the window when I cashed out and received my food. I asked her name so that I could leave this review because I want BK to know they hired a great one.If someone is looking for a solid employee with great customer service, go find Brittany.“

“Large menu with many, many options. Most importantly they have hard-dip, Chocolate and Cherry. My new favorite ice cream stop in the area. Service was extremely friendly as well.“

Food I had was excellent, enough so that I will definitely go back and I’ve already got at least one person who wants to go there with me. if you like gizzards you should definitely go, and the rest of the food looks really good as well.
