Had the Olive Twists, Crab Cakes and Cheese Plate for starters. It was all amazing! I’m an olive fanatic and so the twists, having feta with them made them the best thing ever! For main course, we both had the Mushroom Stroganoff. Again, I’m also a mushroom fanatic and this was so good!Dessert was the pear cobbler and two scoops of ice cream. A very nice way to end the dinner! The staff was attentive and very informative and also didn’t really hover. My one small complaint, was we noticed a few fruit flies flying around and so that wasn’t very fun. And also the seating we had was by the doors and so during the conversation, we had a lot of door slamming.I will definitely be back cause it was all amazing.

The duck is A+!The French onion soup was too salty but the atmosphere and entree made up for it. Would definitely go back.

Unfortunately, I was not impressed at amical on my last visit several days ago. First off, the food was…underwhelming. I had the Duck Confit. While the dish tasted ok, it wasn’t anything special or anything I’ll remember, which is a shame. It was just a bit bland. Not seasoning wise just flavor. Definitely not worth the $35+ that I paid for it. To drink I ordered a double shot of espresso. A drink I have had many times. Never in my life, have I had an espresso shot so large. Espresso should not be 6 fl oz. That much is elementary. If you are not equipped to serve an espresso shot properly, preferably with seltzer water, then you should not serve it at all. It was quite unusual. Not as unusual as the taste, I’m afraid. It tasted old. The espresso was not dialed in it seemed like. Just did not have a great flavor. Overall, I wasted my money on a restaurant that is trying to stand out and be the best restaurant in town, but most likely won’t be. But, Hopefully this was a bad night at amical, yet I really don’t think so.

We absolutely love this place. It’s our favorite restaurant in town. We’ve never had a bad meal or service here. We were served by Tammy tonight for restaurant week. 10/10 all around! Thanks Tammy & kitchen!

The food was well prepared and presented, a bit salty for our taste (duck confit, seafood, and octopus), but might be our personal opinion. All plates were well balanced having protein, starch, vegetables. The service at the table was also great, however during the 30 min wait for our table we were not offered anything, not even asked whether we wanted to order the drinks. Typically I wouldn't mind but I'd have hoped something more for this nice restaurant. Dessert was great, while the espresso had way too much water.
