“I agree that this place has low ratings for no reason. I drive 45 mins to get this! It's fresh and delicious, and not greasy like other places in town. Not sure why low ratings for service.. Young man at front is always happy and helpful and phone orders are easy.. I asked tons of questions and made special requests with no language barrier. It's drive thru pick up only, which is kinda nice, don't even have to get out of car. Try them!!“
“Food is good though i question the sanitation of the establishment. Boxes & chaos cover every square foot of space. Place appears dirty. No indoor dining. Take out only since COVID.Employees can be rather curt and out right condescending towards customers. Try FU HAU on Munson.“
“I’m sorry but I disagree with these reviews. the cream cheese Rangoon was crunchy and it’s hard to find crunchy rangoons anywhere in tc. The last places were soggy. I can warm up my food from here and it’s not soggy and gross it still taste 90% the same as it did fresh. I can’t find that anywhere if i don’t finish my food it goes in the trash, and these are fairly large portions so you’re gonna end up bringing it home. They were fast, and polite. One of the times I went I had to split the bill and use my card and they had zero issues with it and were very understanding. The orange chicken here does taste similar to sesame chicken, and I’m sure they’ll add sesame chicken sometime in the future. If you’re looking for white rice it’s behind the counter just ask.“
“Was out of town staying at a hotel while we got my car fixed. Plenty of good reviews so we gave it a try and the wife was craving some Chinese.My wife got the sweet and sour and I got the orange (mild hot). The dark meat was actually so bad it made me feel sick. The white meat on my wife's sweet and sour was fantastic.I took my meal back (with receipt) and the chef was IMMEDIATE to fix my problem. He made the orange chicken with the same deep fried type white meat as the sweet and sour chicken. Kudos to them for the quick service. Literally in and out! The second time around the food was so much better but I had almost lost my appetite by this time. No worries, it's good enough to reheat now.Fantastic place and I think our food accounted for over 3 pounds of food for $32. Relatively cheap for the area. Oh, and the chicken fried rice is actually as great as other reviewers found it to be.My suggestion to this company: Drop the dark meat as standard - it's really bad, way too chewy and stringy. White meat remains superior! Other than that, thank you for fixing my food fast. 5 star for the service.“
“I have to say this is the only place I have ever eaten that has never provided me a bad meal and that’s over a couple of decades, It’s extremely consistent every time I order. Product/food quality is high as well. For example, Instead of mystery meat sesame chicken like just about every other place in town Ming’s use’s chunks of all white meat chicken for theirs and I have never found those nasty gristle pieces in it ever. The food is so hot when it leaves their store that it’s still able to burn your mouth after a 20 minute car ride home. The veggies they use are always excellent and fresh. It’s just great food at a very reasonable price considering where things are at with inflation. And hell they even deliver it to your car door. Pull up and they bring it out when it’s ready, as a lazy American I can appreciate this.Look, a good chunk of people won’t take the time to post a good review because if everything goes your way you’re probably not even gonna think about the place you visited. But, if in your opinion it goes bad then people are more likely to vent about it. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, order some food and form your own opinion. You will never get 100% of the population to like any one thing on this planet.Everyone is different and has varying expectations and standards and most importantly tastes. We don’t all like the same food or flavors. If you’re on the fence order some food at least a couple of times. Try some different items and see what you think. I have been getting the general tso chicken and chicken fried rice the last few times and it’s been excellent every time. Overall though I have had a good portion of the menu over the years and it’s all very good.Parking: The lot is small but they get food out fast so I have never not been able to park when I pulled in.“
