I work till 5:30 and when I order from this place and would like to go in and pick up my order they're closed. I'm then forced to go through the drive-thru. But I watched several people. Try to go in that building as well. You guys are losing money but closing the front door at 6:00.
The Frozen Caramel Marvel with extra caramel is absolutely delicious. I use to be a dunkin girl who was an addict to their frozen coffees, I have now fully switched to Biggby. Amazing coffee. Amazing customer service. Srive thru window. The coffee is so damn good! They constantly have bogo sales and coupons. Sign up for their program for savings.
Got a sausage egg and cheese- cashier informed me I got the last of the sausage they had (it was 1pm) so I was grateful, she seemed brand new so I gave her patience. Got in the car and there was no sausage. She said one of the other workers made a different sandwich with it or something so I waited some time and received a new one. The new one came out looking like the pictures on the menu! Glad everything was resolved quickly just seems as if they need some more leadership in...
