Very slow fast food service. I've been there twice now, both times ordering from the app and both times having issues with the employees knowledge of my order. First time there i pulled into a stall that had no speaker, there stalls are very narrow. Second time, i pulled into a stall, just as the app instructs, and was told to pull into the long drive thru, where they were unaware of my order. Very frustrating to have to repeat my name and order several times.

The stalls are closed on Sundays so that was a bummer.. I thought they would be as good as the ones in the South but... No. They are not as good. Give them a try. You might like it if you never had Sonic from the southern states to compare it to.

While the price is right, customers might encounter occasional issues like cold burgers, wrong items, or incorrect sizes. Parking is decent but can be tight. Despite some mistakes, the employees are awesome, and the food is decent, making it a great place for shakes and treats.
